**The fabulously funny, deliciously anarchic and decidedly silly new picture book from award-winning creator Sam Usher**
Life is full of LOTS of rules.
For DO NOT pick your nose. DO NOT eat your sister's birthday cake the day before her party. DO NOT dive into a paddling pool full of alligators. And definitely, and I mean definitely, DO NOT press that BIG RED BUTTON.
But what happens if you break the rules? It might be FUN! It might be EXCITING! Let's find out.
Sam Usher’s first book, Can You See Sassoon?, was long-listed for the Kate Greenaway Medal. He is also the author and illustrator of Snow, Rain, and Sun, the companion books to Storm, the first of which was long-listed for the Kate Greenaway Medal. He lives in England.
A very silly illustrated children’s book. Perhaps not surprising from the title, this book does not take itself too seriously and it offers a fantastic silly escape from everyday rules, giving children a laugh along the way. I read this book with my daughter at bedtime, she enjoyed it and couldn’t stop laughing. Simple harmless fun. Highly recommended.
This really made me smile. So much silliness jammed into one book! You should definitely not break the rules because there will be even sillier consequences! Loved the illustrations too!
