When the hotshot hockey player falls for the team owner's daughter, all their careful plans are iced.

Sawyer

Logan Bishop is the grumpy star player for the new pro hockey team in town.

I’ve spent my life as the talk of this small island.

Logan might be young with walls a mile high, but I can’t help being drawn into his stony expression and beautiful hazel eyes. Even though I’m only supposed to be his physio therapist–the line between us isn’t so crystal clear.

Logan I had a plan for my play hockey, retire, then figure it out after that.

I’m not looking for love right now and neither is Sawyer. It’s probably the one thing we can both agree on.

Except I never could have imagined the way I feel around her.

She may be older with a life established here, but for the first time I want to truly know someone.

She puts up a front for the world, but I see the vulnerability she tries to hide.

The locals treat her like she’s a princess. I want to be the one to treat her like a queen.

Against all odds, I’ve become the star player of the sport I love.

Too bad, I never expected to fall in love with the team owner’s daughter.

I finished the first chapter, but this paragraph gave me such an ick that I can’t do this anymore:

If you want an excellent example of this, it's Travis Kelce. He put himself into a high pressure, high-stakes relationship, and he understood the assignment. Give people a glimpse of the truth without filling in all the details.

I don’t like mentions of real people/celebrities, but also any apps or some trends. Just no. I don’t care that the book is set in the real time, there’s no point to be mentioning that.

Besides that, I have to say that I didn’t enjoy the first chapter. Never felt enough interest to keep me going.

Nevertheless, thank you so much to Samantha from The Smuthood and the author for sending me the arc.

The premise immediately caught my attention, even if the execution was a little uneven.

Sawyer becomes Logan’s physiotherapist, and while the attraction is instant, she’s determined to keep things professional after leaving a toxic relationship and struggling with their ten-year age gap. What begins as a guarded, grumpy sunshine dynamic slowly softens as Logan proves himself to be protective, emotionally steady, and far more mature than people expect.

Once the story settles, I genuinely enjoyed their chemistry. There are sweet and steamy moments that work well, and I appreciated Sawyer’s journey of learning to trust herself again after being controlled for so long. Logan was a standout for me, especially in the way he challenges the assumptions placed on him as a hockey player. While the romance leans slow burn, the pacing felt slightly uneven, with the momentum dipping and picking back up rather than building smoothly throughout.

Overall, it’s a pleasant and heartfelt romance that didn’t fully wow me but still had plenty of warmth. Not a standout for me, but still a solid and enjoyable read.

A good choice if you’re in the mood for a gentle, slower paced romance.

I received an ARC for this book and unfortunately I DNF. No matter how hard I tried I couldn’t get into the story. Part of it for me might be because someone was a king and for some reason books with actual royalty isn’t if for me. That’s a personal preference and something I can’t get around.

Also, I had a hard time understanding the back story. Maybe if I had read the other books in the series first I would have understood the setting.

MF Reverse Age Gap Sports Romance

Enjoyable read!

First we have Sawyer who just got out of a toxic relationship. She’s always putting everything and everyone above herself sacrificing who she is in the process. Then we have Logan who is a pro hockey player who’s coming to play for a new team and doesn’t want to be there….. to say he’s grumpy about it, is an understatement. He grew up in foster care feeling so alone in life and feeling like no one ever chose him for him in anything other than hockey….. he turned that into his whole life and didn’t want anything or anyone coming between him and his hockey career.

From the very beginning thy both feel the chemistry between them. They fight it as long as they can, when Swayer comes up with ‘just until the end of the season’. Logan wants more than that, for the first time in his life, but he finally decides to take what he can get.

The banter was great, chemistry was undeniable and how they grew together was beautiful.

There’s some drama with the toxic ex and press and finally with trade rumors. They both have life goals but on different timelines. Is she willing to sacrifice herself once again? Is he willing to sacrifice his hockey career that has barely just begun?

No cheating, no OWD, no third act breakup with HEA

* Reverse Age Gap—31 / 21
* Physiotherapist / Pro Hockey Player
* Casual Relationship with a Timetable
* Toxic Ex
* Opposites Attract
* Grumpy / Sunshine
* Protective MMC
* He Falls First
* Slow Burn with Open door Spice

A very sweet read.

"Maybe we collided in this love to learn how to care for someone else the right way." - Sawyer

Colliding Love by W. Million was a beautiful story about Sawyer, a Physiotherapist and a billionaire through family money and Logan, a forward hockey player that has been traded to a team on an island he never wanted to be traded to. Sawyer is ten years older than Logan and is hired to be his trainer. Since she isn't a hockey trainer and knows nothing about the sport, Logan is determined to find someone to replace her unless she can prove that she can do the job well. There is an instant connection between the two of them but they try to fight it until it becomes inevitable. Will they make it past the hockey season or will outside forces get their way and force them apart?

I feel like this book would have been better for me if I had read the previous books in the series. And if you are planning to read this book I would definitely advise reading from the series start so you can have a better understanding of all of the characters involved. Colliding Love can be read as a standalone but there are characters from previous books mentioned throughout this book.

The story was overall a sweet romance and I would recommend it to anyone that likes slow burn, he falls first, reverse age gap, player/trainer, hockey romance, and touch her and pay vibes.

Thank you to W. Million and The Smuthood for allowing me to read this ARC!

Thank you to The Smuthood for this ARC opportunity! You can find my honest review below:

Unfortunately this was a DNF for me at 6%. The whole first chapter was very confusing. Halfway through the second chapter and I am still lost and more annoyed than curious. This book is described as “can be read as a standalone” but that did not feel accurate to me personally.

This was my first W. Million read and I get it now. I get the hype. The vibe. The chokehold.
Her writing has this effortless emotional pull that sneaks up on you. It’s not flashy-for-the-sake-of-it. It’s layered. Intentional. Character-driven. She doesn’t just tell you Sawyer is hurting — she lets you feel it in the quiet pauses, the inner dialogue, the hesitations. The trauma isn’t there for drama points; it’s woven into Sawyer’s reactions, her boundaries, the way she braces for disappointment. That kind of emotional consistency? Chef’s kiss.
And Logan’s arc? So well paced. He doesn’t flip from grump to golden retriever overnight. His walls come down slowly, scene by scene, in small shifts that feel earned. The way Million writes longing is elite. The looks. The almost touches. The internal spirals where he’s like “absolutely not” while already emotionally rearranging his life around her? Inject it directly into my veins.
The banter flows naturally. The chemistry builds instead of detonates out of nowhere. Even the FWB-with-an-expiration-date trope felt grounded because their emotional stakes were clear from the start. You understand why Sawyer hesitates. You understand why Logan pushes. Nothing feels forced.
And can we talk about how she balances tone? Because this book moves between light island charm, team camaraderie, billionaire family politics, and very real, heavy themes without feeling chaotic. That’s skill. The villain made my skin crawl long before the full truth landed — which tells me she knows exactly how to build tension without overplaying her hand.
Also? The hockey doesn’t overpower the romance. It supports it. The age gap doesn’t become a gimmick. It becomes texture. The emotional growth doesn’t feel rushed. It unfolds.
W. Million writes with heart. With maturity. With control over pacing and emotional beats. This felt polished, confident, and deeply character-focused — especially for a first read from her.
So yes. Six stars. Reverse age gap supremacy. Grumpy hockey boy worshipping older powerhouse woman supremacy. Writing-that-makes-you-feel-things supremacy.
I will absolutely be back for Ava’s story. And probably everything else she’s written

More Puck Boys, on an Island!

Logan knows that trades are part of the game, and that if he wants to keep playing the sport that he loves, he's going to have to go with it... To an extent. He does have requirements, and keeping his training, his body, and his goals at the top of his priorities is all that matters... Until it isn't. But he can't lose sight of what matters, because family has never been there for him, and he knows people can let you down.

Sawyer has lived a lavish life, even if her parents aren't what you would consider loving or caring. Island life has many perks, but she wants more, she wants to contribute and help those in need. Being a physiotherapist has been the fulfilling light in her life that makes her feel like more than just her last name. She has never needed to find herself more than now, after leaving a messy and dangerous relationship. Losing herself in the shadows of someone else was never the plan, and she knows that keeping boundaries in place is key to moving on. There's just one problem. A very young, hot, and contradicting problem.

A season of fun could be ok, couldn't it? A rebound. Surely they can move on after that. But... What if there's something more?

This was a great read, that can be a standalone, though it is the third in a series. I must say that Logan was pegged wrong from the start. For supposedly being such a giant issue, he was literally the most considerate guy from the start. Even when he's trying to ask for a different trainer, he's being sorta nice about it. 🤣 Sawyer has been through a lot, and she's still in trouble even if she doesn't want to face it. Asking for help is not even in her mind, but someone needs to step in for her and it's great to see that Logan is simply just there. No hesitation. They're a bit messy, but the growth is a comfy warm fire. Together they Kindle into a lovely evening snuggle by the hearth!

Logan is too experienced and that is intimidating, Men need to read more 🥵

Thank you to Wendy and The Smuthood for another great hockey read!

I went into Colliding Love thinking I’d get a cute hockey romance. What I got instead was a full-body, heart-clutching, why am I smiling at my phone at 2am kind of read. Sawyer and Logan absolutely wrecked me in the best way.

Logan Bishop is peak grumpy hockey man. Closed off, focused, emotionally barricaded like he’s blocking shots on his soul. And Sawyer… she’s sunshine with scars. The team owner’s daughter who’s been put on a pedestal her whole life, but quietly carrying grief, expectations, and a past that still echoes. The age gap? Delicious. The physio/workplace tension? Electric. Every scene where they tried to be “professional” had me screaming because the pull between them was impossible to ignore.

This book does hurt/comfort SO WELL. Logan sees Sawyer. Not the island princess. Not the owner’s daughter. Her. The vulnerable, strong, tired woman behind the smile. And the way he becomes protective without being overbearing? Green flag hockey king behavior. He doesn’t try to fix her. He stands with her. He learns her. He chooses her.

Their relationship felt earned. Slow burn, stolen moments, emotional honesty that sneaks up on you and then suddenly you’re crying because two people who “weren’t looking for love” found exactly what they needed. The themes are heavy at times, but they’re handled with care, and they add depth instead of weighing the story down.

And Sawyer and Logan together? Ugh. They stole my heart. The way they soften each other, challenge each other, and grow into something real and steady had me completely invested.

If you love grumpy/sunshine, hockey romance, protective MMCs, emotional depth, and a love story that feels warm and safe and fierce all at once… read this. I didn’t want it to end, and I’m still thinking about them. 💙🏒

I Beta read Colliding Love and I absolutely loved it! This book is about Logan Bishop who is the grumpy star player for a new pro hockey team, and Sawyer, the team owner’s daughter who also happens to be his physiotherapist. It’s set on a small island where privacy basically doesn’t exist, which makes what should be a professional situation get complicated pretty quickly. The reverse age gap was done really well and their different life timelines actually matter in this one. He wants to wait until he is older, while she is ready for everything. It makes their relationship more complex without being heavy-handed. I usually don’t overthink age gaps in romance, but it was one I could relate to.

Logan Bishop is solid book-husband material. He’s grumpy and just keeps getting better as the story goes on. I also liked that his confidence, especially in the romantic side of things, felt believable instead of over-the-top. I could actually see myself in Sawyer. Her self-doubt and growth felt honest, especially if you’ve ever dealt with toxic relationships or questioned your own instincts. She slowly came into her own over the course of the book and it was so lovely to see! There’s also a character who brings a lot of tension to their world, and every scene with him had that uncomfortable, slimy vibe that comes with manipulation and control. I can’t express how well-written these characters are!

Honestly, this book is just another reason I love the MMCs Wendy Million comes up with. It has feelings, tension, and characters who actually grow. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to read this one and I can’t wait for the next in this series!

Be still my heart...

Can I just say there are not enough reverse age-gap books? I am so obsessed with this trope and Sawyer and Logan completely stole my heart. This book was just so yummy and full of heartfelt sweetness. They have a rocky start but the slow-burning build-up and flirty banter were so fun. He's very assertive and observant which is so attractive and doesn't dance around the point going after what he wants. He means what he says and he says what he means. Also, can I just say how refreshing it was that he wasn't the classic hockey player manwhore!?

She's kind of a hot mess at the beginning of the story after having been in a really bad relationship. Now she's trying to be better for herself and is at a point in her life where she knows what she wants in her future and doesn't just want to see where things go. Her character really resonated with me having been made to feel small and unremarkable she had been manipulated and gaslit so hard by her ex. It was so heartbreaking.

I just loved everything about how Logan treated Sawyer. He was truly one of my favorite MMCs, just genuine and upfront. How everything developed and how perfect they were for one another, absolute perfection.

Logan is a hot shot hockey player who reluctantly is joining the island's team with a long list of demands in hope it'll get him traded and back to the mainland.

Sawyer is a Tucker Billionaire but uses her fortune to help those in need with her physiotherapist career and is brought on board to be Logan's personal trainer.

Logan's cold nature throws Sawyer for a loop when she's trying to prove she is good at her career after breaking off her bad relationship.

I enjoyed how Sawyer was able to get Logan to open up to a world outside of hockey and in turn Logan showed Sawyer that a man can support the woman's dreams and make them feel safe.

Logan & Sawyer have a 10 year age gap - where she's the older one. I enjoyed this balance between the two and often forgot they had an age gap when Logan did all the things to make her happy and remind her age doesn't matter.

Sawyer's ex is involved throughout the story giving problem to both Sawyer and Logan in his position of power on a government board which added a suspense layer to the story.

My drawback was that we didn't get a full look at how thing played out with Sawyer's ex - I wanted some closure with that since it was a theme throughout the book.

Please note there is mention of DV in this story with on-page scene/remembering and my ARC did not include a content warning but the author let me know it was to be included so that made me feel better.

Thanks to Smuthood for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

My first W. Million’s romance and I was hooked from page one. A 5-star read for sure.
Sawyer has lived her whole privilege life in a small island where appearances count and everyone knows who you are. She grew up taking care of everyone and even now she dedicates her professional life into helping people who can’t afford it.
She has a big heart, but hides the trauma, scars and insecurities that her last relationship left behind.
When she named as the new hockey star player’s trainer, her whole life and perspectives start to change.
Logan is guarded at first, a real closed-off grump not happy to ended traded to a new team, but Sawyer easily wins his trust and heart.
Unfortunately, their relationship starts off with a timeline, a date of expiration to supposedly protect their hearts.
Sawyer is afraid of committing herself again completely to another person. Her insecurities, the age gap, her ex’s threats and her own professional and family obligations stop her from giving her whole heart to Logan.
Logan is young, but also is an old soul, who sees the real Sawyer and falls in love completely and desperately.
Colliding Love is an age gap romance about love that sneaks up on you when you least expect, about sacrifice and commitment, about finding out who you truly are.
W. Million writes with such grace and heart. She gives us strong characters, emotional growth and ever-lasting love.
Thank you for the ARC.

What can I say about this one... There were billionaires and hockey? So a random kingdom on an island in the middle of the ocean, my assumption was the Atlantic, but it was unclear establishes a WHL hockey team. Talk about far fetched, but here we are. I guess the King (whom previously dated our FMC) wanted an ice arena for his Canadian Wife. She likes hockey and ice skating. This seems like a great idea for a tropical climate. Alas, no one asks me about these decision - nor do they ask our grumpy MMC Logan.

So at first I was very concerned that this would be a story about out of touch individuals who knew only money, which it was for a minute. But Sawyer ended up being a good egg and used her wealth for good. I probably should have dove in to this series starting with the earlier books, but I don't think it was necessary. I am interested to read about the sibling stories. Honestly Ava sounds like she could be fun, even though she was a PIA in this.

So this is a Age Gap relationship where she is 10 years his elder. He doesn't want to settle down and she does. Anyway, it's an interesting dynamic. I didn't hate it. The story is a bit far fetched, but rich people get what rich people want, so I'll suspend my disbelief. Would I read additional stories related to this world? I'm not against it. It was a quick read.

I received an ARC from The Smuthood, but my opinions about this are my own.

Usually I don’t tend to read age gap when the FMC is older than the MMC, so with this one I give it a try and I was greatly surprised!

I like two things concretely that can be perceived as opposite but I feel like in here both of them were well balanced. First is the fact that the age gap it wasn’t tangible in the story, of course is mentioned but these two works so good together in terms of chemistry, compatibility and personality that some times I forget about the gap.

But, and this is very interesting, I really enjoyed that it was addressed how different were they life stages, the had at the moment very different ideas of what their future would look like and that didn’t disappear the moment they met each other.

Other things I enjoyed, the involvement of the hockey was great, it was very present but it was not a hockey theme book… the royal aspect were funny enough but again it good seeing it being mentioned but not in a invasive way.

The only thing that was a little too much it’s the fact this book is set in a very established world, so even though it’s said that you don’t have to read the other books, I felt sometimes like I was missing something… so many names and connections, it was a little overwhelming sometimes!

I had a really great time reading this, these two are an amazing couple and the exploration of the mature topic is delicate so in general it’s a book with a light angst!

Colliding Love by W. Million
Tucker Billionaires Series, Book 3
Interconnected Standalone (I highly recommend reading from the beginning)
352 Pages

Colliding Love is set on the island of Bellerive. We get to see a lot of the characters from past books which brings a well rounded story. Sawyer and Logan have a working relationship but sparks fly when they meet. They try and remain professional but their attraction is strong. They make a deal with each other for a "just for the season" relationship". But when things get messy and the past catches up to Sawyer (she has a terrible ex). All bets are off and Logan will do what ever it takes to make this work.

I loved their relationship. The story really takes a turn when they finally give in to what they both want. Their is a suspense aspect to the story and Logan also has a past that effects the way he looks at relationships. This book is really focused on the couple and their growth over the story and getting over the past. I love watching a romance build and see how the characters change for the better. Wendy really gets you involved in the world she has built around this kingdom. You definitely want to know all of the characters and their stories. The hockey aspect was really different. I wasn't sure it was going to work but again, Wendy made it fun and believable. I enjoyed this story and I know you will too!

Their is a DV/violence aspect in the book so please check he content warnings before diving in.

Rating 3.75/5. Sawyer Tucker and Logan Bishop meet when Sawyer becomes Logan’s physiotherapist, and while there’s an immediate physical spark and much flirting between the two Sawyer wants to keep it professional. A lot of this is due to Sawyer has just come out of a high profile (behind closed doors toxic) relationship and can’t ignore the fact that Logan is ten years younger than her. What begins as a grumpy/sunshine, professional relationship slowly shifts into something casual—and eventually very public.
Logan is fiercely protective of Sawyer, while Sawyer struggles to move past their age gap and the “end date” she’s placed on the relationship. Ironically, Logan often comes across as the more mature of the two. As Sawyer starts to realise she wants more than what she initially allowed herself, she gradually opens up to Logan, who is unfairly judged by many for not fitting the stereotypical playboy hockey player mould.

This was an easy, enjoyable read, though for a slow burn, the pacing felt a little uneven. The story builds, cools off, and then heats up again rather than maintaining a steady progression.

I do feel this can be read as a standalone, as it is the third book in the Tucker Billionaire series and the first one I’ve read. That said, I do think there would be some added benefit to reading the earlier books beforehand.

I received this as an ARC.

I loved this book, it truly was such an emotional yet fun and spicy romance read. This book has many reverses of standard tropes, because she’s the older one by 10 years and she’s the “billionaire” who has a lot of money. However this book is a regular grumpy sunshine, not that I’m complaining because very soon after they meet, Logan goes from grumpy asshole hockey player to whipped golden retriever begging for her attention. Logan gets transferred to a small hockey team on an unknown island and hates it, until he starts falling in love with his new physiotherapist and trainer. It’s one of those where she tries so hard to keep it professional but the chemistry and tension just skyrocket, leading to that amazing “fuck it” moment that has me on my knees. The plot was great but very angsty. Because not only do they have to manage the media, with her being a billionaires daughter and him being a famous hockey player, but she has some trauma and secrets that may come out… I loved the angst so much, and how Logan basically supported and protected her through everything. I was quite the emotional mess when reading this and cried quite a bit too. But one of my favourite things is that despite all the complications there was no third act breakup! This book was such a fun forbidden workplace romance, with such amazing characters who developed really well! I give this a 4.5/5

This was my first Wendy Million book and… yeah, I get it now. I’m so glad I found her because this story had me locked in from the start.

Set on the island of Bellerive, this book follows Sawyer and Logan, who begin with a professional relationship that immediately crackles with tension. Sawyer is strong, guarded, and clearly carrying a past she hasn’t healed from. Logan is younger, grumpy, emotionally closed off, and pretending he doesn’t care — while absolutely caring. Their “just for the season” arrangement never stood a chance because feelings were already involved.

What really worked for me was how earned everything felt. The romance builds slowly, the trust takes time, and neither character magically changes overnight. The longing, the hesitation, the quiet moments… all of it felt intentional.

The chemistry is strong without being rushed, the island setting adds such a nice atmosphere, and the hockey element surprised me in the best way. There are heavier themes here, so check content warnings, but I appreciated how thoughtfully they were handled.

Emotional, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable…I’ll definitely be reading more from this author.

Tropes:
• Age gap
• Hockey romance
• Workplace romance
• Hurt/comfort
• Grumpy x sunshine
• Protective MMC

I was unaware that this book is connected to W. Million’s previous series, so I was quite lost and confused. A hockey team is moved to an island that has its own government and monarchy. I must admit I kinda glossed over those pages I just didn’t understand. Now Logan is a young hockey player who is obsessed with being the best. He trains and does everything to make sure that he can have a long lasting hockey career. So when he moves to the island and expects a trainer but gets a physiotherapist he is upset. He doesn’t think Sawyer who has never seen a hockey game can help me achieve his goals. However, Sawyer although insecure in many aspects knows that she can help Logan. As these two begin working together, Logan’s feelings begin to grow. Now this is a reverse age gap romance since Sawyer is about 10 years older than Logan. I happen to love reverse age gap romances. It’s great to think that a young man can find an older, mature woman sexy and attractive. (Although Sawyer is only 32) I liked that in this story Logan was the one who loved more and he tried to help Sawyer and also be there to support her. Previous relationships had really damaged her self esteem and Logan was able to help her work through this and find love and acceptance. I loved the romance and relationship the extraneous issues just confused me. I needed more information to understand them.

I will admit I struggled with this book. I felt it lacked in a few places. The start of this book did throw me alittle given the family aesthetic, royals and council but as you read you slowly begin to understand the dynamic. It was a different type of read.

I did like the banter Logan and Sawyer had. They come from two very different worlds but found a way to have this witty banter. At first it was very enemies with instant attraction to flirty friends to finding a sense of worth together. I enjoyed Logan's protector side as well as the change he makes within himself allowing feelings he has never really felt before surface. Sawyer had a different journey in this book and found herself after a previous toxic relationship which is extremely nice to read. She learns to trust again and believe anything is possible.
Both characters grow in this book and become better versions of themselves.

Giddy One Minute, Anxious the Next
I really enjoyed this reverse age gap hockey romance. Hockey is very much a big part of the story, but I loved that the team is based in a town that isn’t exactly known for the sport. It gave the book a different feel and helped it stand out from other hockey romances I’ve read.

Sawyer and Logan really kept me invested. I felt all over the place emotionally while reading this. Some moments had me smiling and feeling giddy for them, and other moments had my heart racing because I was so anxious about where their story was headed. I genuinely wanted to know how things were going to work out for them.

I really liked watching Sawyer grow and start to feel like herself again, and Logan felt like such a steady presence in her life. Even though they were in different stages and wanted different things, their connection felt real. Their conversations didn’t feel forced, and I liked seeing how much they opened up to each other as the story went on.

This was my first W. Million book, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’m already curious about the books that came before this one and looking forward to reading more from this author.

⭐️⭐️½–⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you to The Smuthood for gifting me an ARC of Colliding Love.

This was a mixed read for me. I’ll echo what several readers have already mentioned: the beginning is slow and somewhat confusing, especially for a book marketed as a standalone. It took me a while to feel grounded in the story, and if this hadn’t been an ARC, I’m not sure I would have pushed through the early chapters.

Once things settled, I did enjoy the chemistry between Sawyer and Logan, and there are some genuinely sweet and steamy moments. Sawyer’s journey of reclaiming herself after a controlling relationship had a lot of promise, and Logan’s emotional growth was one of the stronger aspects of the book for me.

That said, I was left wanting more in a few areas. Dalton lacked on-page consequences, and I also wished there had been more resolution surrounding Sawyer’s relationship with her mother. The writing occasionally felt wordy and repetitive, which slowed the pacing for me.

Overall there were solid ideas and emotional moments, but it didn’t quite come together as strongly as I’d hoped. A 2.5–3 star read for me, though readers who enjoy slower-paced romances may feel differently.

This is the 3rd book in the Tucker Billionaires series, and we are finally getting Sawyers story!
Sawyer is one of the Tucker kids but instead of wasting away her fortune she became a physiotherapist because she loves helping people. She’s just recently got out of a toxic relationship and is wondering what her next steps are, especially within her personal life.

Logan is a pro-hockey player who is coming to play for the small countries pro team. To say he doesn’t want to be there is an understatement. He grew up in foster care and believed nobody wanted him, so he made hockey his life and put all his attention & focus into that.

The struggles that these two face throughout the story keep you engaged. Everything from Logan’s cold demeanor to Sawyer’s pos ex popping up. I thoroughly enjoyed these two coming together but also their personal growth and achievements throughout the story.

Hurt/comfort
Age gap
Sports (Hockey)
Opposites attract
Grumpy/sunshine
Workplace
Protective MMC

Thank you to The Smuthood and the author for the opportunity to receive and review this ARC.

📕BOOK REVIEW📕

This is my first book by the author, and I absolutely loved it. Pro hokey player, Logan is traded to the Bellerive Bullets, and he was stipulation: he must have the best one on one physiotherapist. Logan wasn’t expecting it to be Sawyer, a woman ten years older than him. Sawyer is well known for her good deeds, and she determined to prove to Logan she is what he needs to be the best sportsman on and off the ice. Sawyer is also navigating a break up with her abusive ex, one who is hell-bent in ensuring Logan is traded.

Awwww I just loved this book. Logan is honestly such a green flag. Yes, he is incredibly grumpy for a 21 year old, but he’s had a tough life, and he wants to prove to himself that he is worthy. Logan and Sawyer really were just the cutest. He adored her. He showed her what is means to be loved, and he literally did anything he could to show her she is worthy. Sawyer was also brilliant, and just so beautiful.. I clapped at everything she stood for.

I believe this is a standalone in an interconnected series, and whilst there appears to be a little background, I didn’t feel I missing anything. I will need to add the others to my TBR.

I loved this grumpy/quiet sunshine dynamic, it worked so well and even changed as the story went on. Watching Logan fight his pull toward Sawyer while being completely unable to stop thinking about her had me hooked. The way he slowly starts to care for her and wants to exist in her orbit was incredibly satisfying to read.

Sawyer’s inner dialogue was especially compelling as she learns how to set boundaries after the mysterious ending of her previous relationship. It added a lot of emotional depth to her character.

Wendy absolutely nailed the villain. Every scene with him made my skin crawl long before the full truth was revealed. I hate villains, but I love when they’re written so well that they provoke such a strong reaction.

I honestly kept forgetting about the age gap, Logan feels incredibly mature from the start, and watching him grow, learn, and stretch himself over the course of the story was such a treat. The ending was perfect, and now I’m anxiously waiting for Ava’s story.

💕 Wonderful Story. So Heartwarming. 💕
I am enjoying W. Million’s series about the Tucker billionaires. This book focuses on Sawyer Tucker and hockey star Logan Bishop. I absolutely enjoyed this book and was impressed with the author’s ability to draw the readers into their story. I don’t give a synopsis when I do a review, but you can look forward to:
⏳ Reverse Age Gap
🏒 🔥 Broody, Hot, Hockey Star / He Falls First
💪💔 Strong heroine rebuilding after betrayal
💖 Emotional depth, swoon-worthy steam, moderate angst
The push-and-pull dynamic between Logan and Sawyer crackles with chemistry, especially as his rigid control starts to bend under feelings he never planned to have—and absolutely shouldn’t, given the fact that she’s his trainer and ten years older than him. It’s a story of resilience, sacrifice, found family, and the belief that love can endure threats and unfavorable circumstances.
This is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it. I received a free copy from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review.

Colliding Love : Tucker Billionaires ( 🏒Hockey player / Team Owners daughter 💜Hurt Comfort 🏒Age Gap 💜Opposites Attract 🏒Grumpy/ Sunshine 💜Workplace Romance 🏒Forbidden/ Protective MMC Perfection absolute perfection, that’s exactly what this series is . We’re only on book 3 and I’m already so freaking obsessed with This amazing Series . Each couples story really does have a piece of my heart ❤️. But something Sawyer and Logan’s journey really did resonate with me . The struggles they went through, both together and apart, the progression of their friendship turning into so much more . The insane chemistry they shared , how beautiful flawed and broken both were - that simple fact made them so much more likable and relatable for me . All the witty banter , the angst , the humor , the love , the passion, the obstacles and drama . The moments that made me smile , laugh, cry and root so freaking hard . No words no perfect words can even start to describe what a beautiful and extremely emotional love story this was and is .

“Sometimes what’s most important shifts.”

This was a fun quick read filled with light-hearted moments, but it also included some deep emotional ones.

I will say that if you're not familiar with Bellerive or the Tucker family dynamics, you may have some trouble keeping up with what's happening at the beginning. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed the relationship and chemistry between Logan and Sawyer.

I loved seeing Sawyer get the love she deserves and have someone put her first and be willing to do anything to make her happy, keep her safe and make her feel loved. I also loved that Logan got the closure he needed in terms to his bio family and how he realized that dreams and what's important can change when you find the right person.

Quote: “Maybe it’s all happening earlier than I thought I wanted, but I never knew a love that feels as big, as important, as the one I have with you could be mine. I never saw you coming, but there was no way I could let you pass me by.”

Colliding Love is a stunning reverse age-gap hockey romance that masterfully balances emotional depth with a tender, healing journey. Sawyer is a resilient heroine rebuilding herself after a toxic, abusive relationship, while Logan is a grumpy, guarded "old soul" whose quiet devotion and relentless pursuit of excellence make him the ultimate protective MMC. What I loved most was the sense of sanctuary they found in each other; Logan sees Sawyer for who she truly is and, unlike her past lover, he never wields her needs like a weapon or takes advantage of her vulnerability. Despite their self-imposed "expiration date," their connection grows into a beautiful hurt/comfort dynamic where Logan is willing to sacrifice everything, even the sport he lives for, to keep her safe. It’s a heartfelt story about finding a safe place in someone else, choosing to be vulnerable again, and discovering that the best kind of love arrives exactly when you stop expecting it.
