This has nothing to do with New Year's, but this was a fun little Red Sonja adventure that does a good job of showing off her cunning. This honestly would've fit in one of the Black, White, and Red books, because the coloring very much looked washed out except for the red, which really do a great job of accentuating certain scenes in the book. I absolutely loved the action in this book. The fight Red Sonja had with those giants near the end was especially spectacular. I also loved the deep connection she grew with that giant cat and her litter. The village totally deserved that comeuppance after manipulating Sonja like that. Really wished this was tied more into a New Year theme, but as a Red Sonja story, it's great!
