Kaspian only wanted to save her, but he might be the very thing that gets her killed. So why is staying away from her so difficult? Agnes the Wicked let Reili’s throne — and its king — slip through her fingers. But the kingdom of Reili will get no reprieve as another enemy takes her place, and the mysterious Prince of Thieves might just be their most sinister opponent yet.

With Agnes still looming over everything they do, enemies on every side, and a prophecy that feels more like a curse, can anyone emerge from the flames unscathed?

I need book 4 pronto. No joke, this series is everything 😭
I was a little worried after how book 2 ended but the stakes feel even higher now and although I never want it to end, I can’t wait to see what happens next

Thank you for the ARC Meg 🫶🏻

Fractured Queen picks up right where the second book left over and throws you right back into the chaos and heartbreak of that last book. There’s no easing into the story and it’s all go go go right from the start which was very enjoyable. I’m excited to see how the next book follows along as it really felt like things were coming together and evolving and I can’t wait to see how everything unfolds.

I also really enjoyed the multiple POV in this book, it was great to have insight into Blaise’s sisters and Cole & Luna’s relationship. Torben also deserves so much more and I ship a Marabel and Torben relationship.

Can we take a moment for Gia though 🥺

My only negative with this book was the romance of I’m honest, I struggle with any kind of miscommunication, third act break up trope and I was struggling with the pining for the whole duration of the book. I understand the need for the additional heartbreak but this was the only part I didn’t really enjoy.

Overall, a great sequel and I’m excited for the next instalment.

Thank you to the author for the ARC!

ARC review - this book ate!!

This series just keeps getting better and better and I think it's down to the pacing, the individual character development, the relationships being built and Megs amazing writing style because omg!!

I can't wait for book 4 but I also can because I don't want the series to end!

If you are a fan of throne of glass you will love this series.

Book 3 brought us further into the multiple battles, the betrayals and amazing character arcs. Ahhhh!!

I read this as an ARC reader who hadn’t read the previous 2 books in the series.
I enjoyed this as a standalone book. The characters were engaging and likeable and the storyline kept strong throughout.
I intend to read the rest of the series to see how Fractured Queen fits in with the wider story. I would recommend.

Oh my god. The final book might just ruin me 🥲

This book picks up right where book 2 ended, and there was no time to rest. We were preparing for war from page 1, and I was ready to see Blaise in all her glory. The heartbreak I experienced after the ending in The Vengeful Queen, just came crashing back and I was ready to see heads roll. Throughout my reading journey I was introduced to new characters, had my heart broken, was on the verge of a breakdown, wanted to bitch slap an elf, and given breadcrumbs that I highlighted like crazy because I'm convinced it's going to be important for book 4! I literally felt like that mind map meme every damn time 🙃

We get multiple POV in this book, which was a pleasant surprise, and as much as Torben annoyed me throughout this book, I was low key desperate for his POV. Even if it was just one chapter of his jealous ass pinning over Blaise. (I know Torben is allowed to have feelings for Blaise, but I'm team Kaspian and I was feeling a little defensive whenever he got too close 😒).

I knew this was going to be a continuation and more of a set up for the final book, so I wasn't too fussed that there wasn't as much action in this one, but there was still enough to keep me on the edge of my seat. We are in the thick of it, and I don't know if I can handle what's to come. I am so hyped now for book 4 after that ending and I need to start it IMMEDIATELY! 😫

The reason this wasn't a five star for me, is because it felt like the whole book was based on the miscommunication trope. If there is one trope I hate, that's it. I understand the intentions behind their decisions, I understand why the author did what she did, but there were points where I wanted to bash their heads together and it riled me up more than anything else. I have thoroughly enjoyed this series, and the ending has left me with SO many questions, and that is the reason it's sitting at a 4 despite my hatred for the trope. So keep that in mind if you're also not a fan...

Thank you so much to the author for the e-arc. All opinions are my own.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve loved this series from the very beginning and this third instalment absolutely delivered for me.

The tension and drama are on another level in this book - everything feels bigger, riskier, and more emotionally charged. The character development continues to be one of the strongest elements of the series; watching people we thought we knew make difficult choices, shift allegiances, and confront who they really are is both brilliant and occasionally heartbreaking.

The introduction of new characters adds fresh energy to the story, while the evolving dynamics between the existing cast kept me completely hooked. And the lovers-to-enemies thread? Painful in the best possible way. I was fully invested.

There are moments of real emotional payoff too - the kind that make you stop and reread a line (yes, I love you, Torbin!).

The pacing makes it incredibly hard to put down, and by the final section I was racing through because I needed to know how it was all going to unfold.

And that ending…
That CLIFFHANGER.

The 12th March suddenly feels very far away because I need the final book immediately!

This book has also pulled me out of the reading slump I found myself in at the start of the year, which says everything about how immersive and addictive it is.

Indie fantasy at its finest - emotional, dramatic, and completely compelling.

ARC REVIEW – BOOK 3 😭🔥

The aftermath of the fight with Agnes leaves everyone shaken. Trauma, panic, fractured trust — this is the moment they should unite… but instead everything feels like it’s on the verge of breaking. And just when you think it can’t get worse? A new enemy enters the game.

The POV shift in this book is EVERYTHING. Moving from dual POV to multiple perspectives adds so much depth. You feel the tension from every angle. The world gets bigger, the stakes get heavier, and the characters feel more real and layered than ever.

This book is friendship and war and impossible choices. It’s love. It’s heartbreak. It’s loyalty being tested. The tension is absolutely delicious and I swear I held my breath through half of it.

The writing pulls you in and doesn’t let go. Every chapter makes you say “just one more” and suddenly it’s 2am.

This entire series is addictive — the kind that lives in your head rent free.

The Fractured Queen releases 12 February, and THANKFULLY we don’t suffer long because Book 4 (The Promised Queen) drops 12 March. We are being FED.

I love this series. I found her books while looking for more indie authors to support on Tiktok. I've really enjoyed getting to know the characters and world. I didn't think I could be more surprised than I was at the end of book 1, but book 3 definitely left me speechless and with that little hole in my stomach that I get when I know I can't complete a series for a while.
The aftermath of book 2 completely envelops book 3. There is so much happening but it never feels like filler. It's all important. I was relieved that certain things were squashed (given my messages to Meg, I'm sure she knows what I'm referrring to hahah and I don't want to give away spoilers). I have personally threatened one of the characters for ruining my moment.
It's a great series and I can't wait for book 4 and hopefully, our HEA.

I received this book as a free ARC courtesy of the author and was so grateful to have a chance to read early.

Firstly, let me just say that I LOVE this family / found family! 🤩 Since the very first book when we had our first experience of the Witches... and then with the additions along the way (I wont spoil it!), the interactions have been priceless!! 😆👌

But thats not all these books are, especially this one. It had so many beautiful, emotional and truly gut-wrenching moments.... I cried. In particular, the grief and how it was written. I wont spoil it but there is a line in here that literally mirrored my own exact thought when I had my own experience with grief....and that is a level of understanding that I most definitely wasnt prepared for. So yeah.. me = 😭😭😭😭

I knew when I ARC read The False Queen (Book 1) that this series was going to special but I could not have even began to comprehend the hold that it would end up having on me.

I cant wait to read the last installment which i believe is coming soon after this one... 🙌

From her first drafts, to making the decision to split the finale into 2 books. To being gifted to more POVs, and deliciously spicy artwork that I am utterly obsessed with.

The third installment of The Cursed Queen series is a brutal, beautiful exploration of war, loyalty and heartbreak that is quite literally impossible to put down. From the very first chapter we are thrown straight into the aftermath of the pure chaos and destruction where we left off from The Vengeful Queen and mother above, it only gets more emotionally damaging from there. And trust me, you WILL go through all the emotions, which is what I absolutley adore about Meg's writing - she can literally make you feel the weight of the world from every POV and angle which is both a blessing and a curse!

Oh and a very special shout out to chapter 17 that obviously made my life complete 'cause giiiiiirrrrrrl 🥵 I cannot bloody wait for The Promised Queen!

Thank you so much to Meg for the ARC of The Fractured Queen 💜

This is the third book in The Cursed Queen series and I am officially obsessed. This series has easily climbed into my top 3 favorite series of all time.

The writing is absolutely beautiful, the characters are deeply lovable, and the women… WOW. Sassy, feisty, powerful, and endlessly inspiring — exactly the kind of female characters I live for.

I adore the magic, the friendships, the emotional tension, and the way trauma is handled with such care and depth. Meg has created a truly magical world filled with unforgettable characters, and I never want to leave it.

I cannot wait to see where this story goes next. If you’re not reading this series yet… what are you doing?! ✨📚

Thank you to the author Meg for giving me the chance to ARC read The Fractured Queen. It did not disappoint!!
Multiple Pov's was a big bonus for me. Loved loved loved this change!
Each character has developed so much from book one - I'm torn between who would be my favourite at present. (Although Cole and Luna stole the show for me in this book!)
War, friendship, love, betrayal, tension - The Fractured Queen has it all. It was an emotional rollercoaster from start to finish. I am itching for book four! I really hope our Fmc Blaise gets her HEA. I dont think my wee heart could deal with it if she didn't 🥺

IM STRESSED YALL 😫

Wow. This book was the definition of “one more chapter”, but one more chapter was never enough! The stakes is this went way up to 100, and my adrenaline was in overdrive the whole while. The lovers to enemies was soooo painful, but soooo well done, like, how do they come back from all this?! Also, I’m a Torben girly so I’m hoping they don’t come back from this 🥲
I screamed, I cried, I had to physically walk away from my kindle at some parts, and that’s just a few of the reasons why I loved this so much. I absolutely love a book that makes you feel things, and this made me feel everything.
Book 4 now yes please?

AHHHH!!!
I literally cannot get enough of this series. This should be taught in lessons of 'how to write a great romantasy series'.
From the very first book, I have been obsessed with this series. The world building is exquisite and you keep learning more in each book without it being overwhelming.
But what really shines is the relationship between Kaspian and Blaise. Absolutely unreal connection. My heart went through everything along with them.
Thank goodness I don't have long to wait for the final book. I NEED it ASAP.

Megs writing flows so perfectly, and I couldn't have asked for more from this book. I'm so excited to read book 4, but also so scared of this series actually coming to an end. Literal perfection 👌

Another solid entry in the Cursed Queen series. This series has had a vice grip on my heart since The False Queen, and The Fractured Queen continues holding on tight. Blaise and Kas’s story is heart wrenching and filled with drama, but it’s not drama for drama’s sake. Each character thinks and acts in ways that make sense for them, even when it breaks my heart or frustrates me. You can tell how much work went into creating the world and people in it. I can’t wait to see how the story ends!

I received an e-ARC of this title. This review is my own.

Oh Kas, you foolish, traumatized soul. I wanted to be so mad at him for his choices throughout this book, but I know what it is to be absolutely paralyzed with fear as you push away every good thing. As a reader, it’s easily to just want to smack some sense into him, but I know what it is to feel like you can’t break out of your fear. Oh I dearly hope for a happy ending for these characters.

Review to follow soon but all you need to know is...
emotional damage, tense af, divinity in writing.

Here is the review. ..
Had to compose myself. BEST BOOK OF THE SERIES SO FAR. and thats really saying something as they've all been divine!

The suspense and tension kept me reading non stop and the emotional torment with the pining is NEXT LEVEL. I fear I may never recover.

This book kicked off at 1000 and stayed there following the quest to save their kingdom and defeat Agnes. Gasps were gasped. Shock was shooketh. I loved everything about it.

Round of applause for Cole and Luna. My heart was in my ass for some moments... read this series and youll know exactly why. Trust me, its worth it.

All hail Queen Meg for this perfect series that is criminally underhyped.
