It is about how the southamerican drugmafias starts to export Koka leafes instead of the pure Cocain.

How they make millions, How also a group of amateurs lead by a undercover cop tries do crash and rob the Cocain factory. The group is formed by frerik, Elin and Alain.
Alain is the french under cover cop.
Elin is a Cocain addict adult movie actress and she is also the daughter of Hans Erik Wenneström, that salso shows up in Stieg Larssons book about Lisbeth Salander. Elin and alain are "partycouple" taking Cocain together and have sexual orgies with Elins girlsfriend or with hiered escorts.
Fredrik is the Swedish Diner owner in Spain, he have a family that he have no time for because he is working all the time and is hoping for huge success with his superthin pizzas...
There is a story that comes up her and there about a pour Kokaleaf farming family in Bolivia and their destiny in the growing demand of production of koka and Cocain.
The destiny in the book is very hard. The cliffhanger in this book makes you hope for the next to come out ASAP. There is hope for a second book in the serie and is promised to come out during the 2015.

How about the American Pour Senior High School Girl dreams about a princess life in Europe and finds her Prince! How that dream turns into a nightmare...

He tells you the alternative story about the Swedish Author Stieg Larsson in "The Boy who Died a Fake death"
Martin does not believe in censorship, and are therefore completely uninhibited about everything related to the underworld to do, such as: the exercise of power in the form of bloody shot dramas and described in detail slaughters
Sex and sexual orientations you did not know existed.
Drugs and their poisonous effects he describes as though you're right in the intoxication.
Martin has, however, also a strong love for the ordinary Family life that he would like to fit better into himself. Therefore in the middle of the dark mobster life there are also fine family events showing that even the worst killer can have fine sides as well. He wants to underline that just about anyone can be the criminal person in a mafia.

If the stories in the book were true, th world is really spinning far off track...
Crazy people, good mixture of bandits, normal life people, extreme people and I must say that the second part of the book really gets you... nd the end?
