Part conversation and part imaginary exploration, On Miracles is a graphic essay that delves into that uncertain borderland between Faith and Skepticism. What begins as a conversation between the narrator and his Father, becomes a contemplation on what it truly means to believe.
Hi, I'm Ben Wilkins and I write books with pictures in them. I have an MFA from George Mason University in Nonfiction Creative Writing, though mostly I just make things up these days. I live in Northern Virginia with my wife, daughter, and dog-that-is-all-too-human Maddie. I just put out my first picture book, which I wrote and fake-illustrated (I'll explain that someday), called Daddy Feet, and I'm precariously balancing writing with being a full-time Dad.
In my spare time, I'll be claiming to blog new drafts and projects at orangehatcomics.com, but will probably be reading comics and/or taking a nap.
