honestly took me much longer to finish it than expected, not because it was particularly bad. It’s just I couldn’t bring myself to finish it. I’d give it a 3.8 at best. I was recommended this book by fellow booktok ppl and sometimes the books are actually good but this time it was not.
the writing style is confusing I would flip the page assuming something because it said that that was what had happened but then i’d have to reread it four million times to half understand it.
the pacing is something i cannot undermine, i liked how it didn’t rush anything, expect** the ending! this whole epilogue thing was soooo bad, you could practically make a whole second book from the epilogue but NOOO the author decided to put it into 4 pages?! the book should’ve ended 4 chapters ahead.
so when i decided to read this book, i picked it up assuming i was reading a heart wrenching novel with some romance, but i ended up reading a confusing book with the most ABSOLUTE random plot twists that just don’t make sense! right when the drama gets good person A gets hit by a car and losing their memories? like honestly the only book that can pull of amnesia is OUABH nothing else. this book had NO sad parts and i am a very emotional reader towards any book! that just surprised me sm
and when the author specifically makes the protagonist a pettish person?? i will never understand
split the book into fifths, the last 2/5 was what gave it those stars. im being extremely generous.

Wow so many thoughts. Noah was a great partner the entire time. I went into this blind thinking Ariana was going to end up with her brother’s best friend, Chase. As time goes on I was rooting for Noah and wanted Noah and Ariana to end up together. Some of the plot was dragged on with the push and pull of Ariana and Chase. Also, Ariana’s twin brother, Mason, loved her too much and needed to back off to let her form her own relationship. I loved the friendship between Ariana and her best friend, Cameron. At times, the names were confusing because there were so many characters. Also, sometimes the writing was confusing as to who was doing or saying what to keep the suspense of certain scenes (ex, Noah’s mother’s funeral).

This book took me longer than I've expected..... The book itself wasn't that bad; it's just that I felt the first 200 pages dragged on for too long. Based on the book's overall storyline, it could have been way shorter. It would have been more enjoyable if the love line of Noah and Ari had a longer story cause the love felt very sudden for me... Overall, the book gave me wattpad story vibes, and the plot was a nice cliche romance. I'd recommend this to people who loved it starts and ends with us by Colleen Hoover.

Safe to say, this book was amazing. I rarely ever cry when reading books or watching movies, but I balled my eyes out with this one. If you are looking for a book that’s going to devastate you in the best way, this is it. The first half of the book was mainly focused on building the relationship between the characters, which I found a little slow. However, it is so important that you keep reading because it gets SO GOOD.

This was the first book to make me cry, however I felt at some point it was quite slow. Overall the plot was good and had really likeable characters. I loved the plot twist even though it hurt my heart.
