Green: Everyone is chasing something

Green is thirty stories told through the eyes of Ever-Aware-a presence who watches humanity with a clarity humans rarely turn on themselves.

Some stories are personal.
Some are collective.
Some examine the human race as a whole.

But every story reveals the same
people chasing something they believe will complete them- beauty, attention, validation, comfort, purpose, control-and the systems that rise to meet those wants.

Ever-Aware sees how individual choices feed larger forces, how those forces shape people in return, and how the cycle continues without anyone questioning where it leads.

Green isn't about good or bad.
It's about what humans choose, and what those choices create.

Ever-Aware isn't here to judge. He's here to observe a species repeating itself-believing someone else will fix the damage while continuing to create it.

Ever-Aware already knows the outcome.
He's simply showing how it forms.

Hello Friends, my real name is Schelli Rothi. The very first book I wrote was my memoir, "If The Shoe Fits" and that was many moons ago. Honestly I have never considered myself a writer, despite being a creative. My memoir was written for my own healing. My latest book, which is Fiction inspired by actual events, "I will never know", was written to bring awareness to what my husband and I endured, and since I am outspoken and a judge shut down my freedom of speech I took to the computer and told my story. Because of the nature of the story I changed my author name to Maria Roti. Maria being my middle name and Roti is my Norwegian last name. I am a free spirit, always have been. If you enjoy books that don't drag on forever then you will enjoy reading my work. Who I have been is not nearly as important as to who I have become.
