With Count Meade’s plot against the royal family of Paffuto revealed, Claire Martino has prevented at least one tragedy from occuring to her beloved Prince Vik. Now, however, she must reveal to him and her friends the real reason she arrived from an alternate when her true magical abilities were revealed to the royals of her home country of Noston, a war between Noston and Paffuto broke out. And of course it’s difficult to recount the truth of those events without mentioning her engagement to Prince Vik…
In order to prevent the war in this timeline, Claire and the others come up with a plan to introduce a teleportation door between the two countries to foster better relations, but how can they convince Noston to agree?
Well, this is probably the best they could have hoped for in regards to digging out the Meade family's plots while also finding a way to protect Dion given his current allegiance and the genuine resource he's become for the group. The ball is a little surprising between the unexpected tea party with Nicola and Vik's assertions wanting to provide Claire with a dress the next time and his disappointment in not being able to introduce her to the king yet. Lydia provides a lot of insight there, which is hilarious and also leaves us on a rather large cliff hanger as there's this large hint of things working out but a new obstacle in the way while Claire flails over if she's reading things correctly or not. This is a bit disappointing as there's no news on when the next volume will be released, but still highly enjoyable in this volume. There's a significant difference in things as the group establishes their new friendship, and even Vik seems a little put out when Claire initially clings to formality and protocol with him. I may end up picking up the light novel for this series as I really want to see how things unfold, though unsure if that version of the series is complete or not at this stage. Given the amount of content novels typical cover in comparison to their manga counterparts, it seems certain at least the story would proceed further even though there's currently five volumes of the novel compared to the seven for the manga. Seeing all of the emotions and the artwork is just too good though - need another volume soon!

Ohhh, the newest volume up on Comics Plus!!! Weirdly as it is not officially out. Oh well. Since GR likes that new system (and I don't) I will just put other even though it is out on Comics Plus for everyone to read. But if I don't rate now I will just forget.
In this one we continue we some proof, Dion gets even better and a more interesting character + I love what Claire did for him, Vik x Claire forever and I hope that they grow even closer, I wasn't sure about Vik's cousin but I am liking her more now, love the art, love the little things that advance the plot, love the side characters (well excerpt Claire's sister who is just horrible at this point), and there is more that I loved. I am so excited about this series and cannot wait to read more of it!
