it's a book worth reading.

I loved this book. It discusses how visionaries play such a vital role in companies, as these are the people who infuse businesses with innovation, generate significant growth, and help create a tailored corporate culture. The author provides clarity on what we should be looking for in these individuals to build a better company. I consider this book a very practical tool for entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses. Another key takeaway from this book is how to create a balance when working with diverse teams, as this fosters greater harmony among them. I highly recommend this excellent book; it's an immersive guide for entrepreneurs to take their business to the next level. Without a doubt, it's a book worth reading.

Improve your vision

This book felt simply incredible to me. I am currently starting a business, and there are many steps that are difficult to organize or fully understand within the business flow. However, this book presents itself as a very valuable solution for entrepreneurs who have an idea but sometimes struggle with execution.

One of the aspects I appreciated the most is how well the book is organized. The fact that it works as a guide, offering practical and easy-to-apply advice, makes the reading experience much more accessible and useful. You can open the book at any point, read for a while, and still find a strong message to reflect on, explore deeper, and then apply directly to your business.

A great book, highly recommended.

Great approach and development!

This book surprised me in the best way. From the first pages I felt like I was having a conversation with someone who really understands the challenges of being an entrepreneur and wants to help me light the weight of it.
I think that the way Winters, the author, explains how to grow a business without trying to do everything yourself is very interesting and encouraging, because when you are the owner of your own business that’s what you tend to do.
This book gives you a whole new perspective about leadership, team work and delegation that I want to start applying right away.
Totally recommended and worth reading. One of the best books I read over this year. Amazing!

Seeing more clearly to lead better

This book made me reflect on how often we believe that moving forward means doing more, when in reality it means learning how to let go. While reading, I understood that having a vision is not about controlling every detail, but about knowing where to go and trusting the team to reach the goal. It made me think about the exhaustion that comes from trying to do everything alone and how that effort, instead of helping, limits both personal and business growth.

What resonated with me most was the idea of leading from clarity rather than urgency. Delegating is not about losing control, but about gaining focus. The book invites an honest look at strengths and encourages accepting support as a smart decision, not a weakness. In the end, leading well means seeing beyond daily tasks and building something that can truly last over time.

Entrepreneurs need to stop doing it all. That message hits home! The overwhelm of running a business takes its toll after a while. You can’t grow if you won’t delegate. The practical steps in this book give a great framework to get your momentum back. If you’re ready to get out from under the day-to-day grind and run your business again, Visionary has the path.

As an entrepreneur, I have always struggled with doing everything myself. When you dream about starting a business, you think that you’ll do the things you love but you never realize that you’ll also do the things no one wants to do. That back-office work, the long hours you need to spend on that particular operational activity that takes a lot of time. And this book approaches these topics in a direct way, as if it were talking to you. It has a message that feels practical and empowering, emphasizing delegating those tasks, trusting others in your team or even in other teams, which’ll help you grow and focus on what you are good at.  At the end, after reading this book, I understood that growth comes from leverage and not from burnout. This is a new guide I’ll apply to my business every day.

Before reading this book, I honestly thought that being a strong leader meant being involved in everything. That’s why Visionary surprised me in a good way. It showed me that leadership is not about control, but about knowing where you add the most value.

The part about the Visionary and the Integrator really connected with my own experience. I’ve seen great ideas fail because no one was there to turn them into action. The book explains this relationship in a very clear way and shows that leadership works better when there is trust and teamwork, not ego or power. Letting go was probably the hardest part to read, but also the most real. I could see how holding on to everything can lead to bur

I really needed to read this guide book because I have a tendency to do everything myself and not to delegate the tasks that I do not like. In his book, Visionary, the author makes it clear that for successful business, you, as a leader have to channel your energy in the right direction instead of trying to do everything yourself. The author, Mark C. Winters has many years of experience in this field. He has become an expert in delegation, while he understands those who are tempted to do all the work themselves. Mark C. Winters’ advice is clear and actionable. Any business owner and entrepreneur needs to read this outstanding book.

Visionary is an empowering and practical guide for entrepreneurs who are tired of being the bottleneck in their own businesses. Mark C. Winters understands the driven founder—someone brimming with ideas, ambition, and urgency—but often overwhelmed by the day-to-day tasks required to make those big plans real. Instead of pushing leaders to simply “work harder,” he offers a smarter way: embrace the power of the right partnership.

Winters introduces a compelling framework centered around the roles of “Visionary” and “Integrator.” The Visionary is fueled by innovation and possibility, while the Integrator excels at structure, execution, and accountability. When the two work in harmony, the business can scale beyond the limits of a single leader’s capacity. Winters backs this up with relatable stories, straightforward tools, and transformational mindset shifts.

The Audible edition delivers the message with clarity and energy—keeping the pace engaging and making the concepts easy to absorb while on the go. This is not another motivational pep talk. It’s a blueprint for sustainable growth.

If you’re a visionary entrepreneur who’s trying to do it all alone, this book may be the strategic turning point you’ve been missing.

The author expands on the concepts I've learned through Gino Wickman's EOS. Definitely a solid sequel to "What the Heck Is EOS?" and "Traction." Worth every penny if you want to grow your business.
