The secret of the contest of giveaways writing a 100 words of praise to the product to get a chance to win the item. The gestures you make in front of costumer to win your competition that's selling the same product. Customer will only buy what's familiar. So innovation for your brand new product has to be familiar and similar but different enough to be better.

This book offers lots and lots of technique that's useful for sales industry.

Recommended recently by an old friend I worked with in Sales 10 years ago. Dan's practicality regarding pitch and writing copy is amazing. One of my fave non fiction business authors of 2018!

Already knew a lot of the tactics gathered over years of working as a professional. However, I did pick up a few tidbits of information (see the bit about the number 7).

One should know that this is not a book on how to manipulate people. The title using the word "forbidden" is a great example of the type of material contained in this book.

Short and informative audiobook on how to sell your products using some simple tactics and concepts. Easy to follow and digest. Worth a commute listen for those interested in learning a little about sales.

Great Book for Internet Guys

This book is truly awesome and insightful for me and surely for every reader who wants to achieve their goals and become successful in a competitive marketing world like ours.

Dan Lok relishes advice that really works though forbidden because of their psychological programming, knowing the mind of every potential customer shows how an innovative approach to thinking can be beneficial, and helps in identifying that success is a process, not a goal, a journey not an overnight achievement. It is an invaluable book to avoid pitfalls and the risk of failure in making sales online for me. A practical book, full of examples and invaluable lessons on "Persuasion". Indeed, an excellent reference guide for everyone who is selling something or intends to, via online marketing services.

Thanks to the author for bringing his wealth of experience to play. I love reading this book and would gladly recommend it to anyone offering goods and services online.

A good psychology book covering the pillars of markerting that you can easily find in any blog/youtube online for free. The author is too boastful, and you can see that from the beginning, and considering the whole length of the book. A quick read recommended to download from libgen.io. Definitely not worth spending more than 10$ on this thing

I’m influenced

Mr Lok did a good job putting these tactics into simple and understandable terms. The book was full of great tactics to move you forward in sales and marketing.
Although, I wish the format would have been a normal kindle format, I imagine he published a pdf, sorry, just a minor complaint.

It was an interesting read. However, I often felt a little slimy, especially at the point where the subject was a little risky. He understands influence very well. I just hesitate to recommend this because of the low ethical standards he presents.
