"Dana drank it and felt the soothing feel as it travelled down and comforted her aching heart. With her ears to Johno’s chest, she listened to the firm beating of his heart, which made her more aware of her beating heart, and the beating heart of mother earth. She then wished that mother earth, too, could drink some sweet coconut water and cut and clear the destruction upon her." —Elton Johnson, Writing For Our Lives, “Coconut Water”

DISCLAIMER: This is the most biased review you will ever read on Goodreads. With that said, this is the best book I have ever read. The best book ever written in fact. This is a six star rating in fact. And it's only because my short story is included in this collection. But, in all seriousness, this is a good and timely collection about the importance of climate awareness. A definite must-read. Give it a try and let me know if you like it.
