Bleeding Grace is a steamy dark mafia romance in dual POV, featuring a brutally conditioned heir on a leash, a “good girl” heroine who’s done suffering in silence, chronic pain, childhood trauma, an arranged engagement, and an obsessive, morally gray hero who will burn his own bloodline before he lets anyone else decide his bride’s fate.

Kai and Daisha's story was my favorite of the series. They each had so many struggles to overcome and had to do it thrown together in marriage. Kai especially has been hiding so many secrets from everyone that it is almost hard to believe he was able to keep it all in. With his absolutely horrible father and his love for his sisters (although Josephine and he clash constantly - but why does he still defend her???), Kai has all of the emotions going on. And Daisha grew up in a strict household where she wasn't allowed to talk much and forced to be a quiet, reserved woman without any opinions of her own. The growth they both show and the fight they have to be together, as well as succeed on their own, is a great story.

This book though had the most proofreading issues of any so far. There were a couple of times where entire sections are repeated in different spots - as if the section had been written and then moved, but not removed from the previous spot. And one section just ends abruptly without actually having an ending. However - if you can get past these issues, the story is very good and I was fighting for Kai and Daisha the entire time.

This book was not what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be a mafia Romance. There was aspects of Mafia but it was different than anything I have ever read. The MMC was 35 and still allowed himself to be tortured and beaten by his father. The MFC is so weak and immature. Both of their families were very cruel. The dialogue and the situations were very juvenile. Some of the dialogue the MMC used was "making out and fooling around" the MFC could only use clinical words to describe body parts. There was barely any spice and it didn't start till over halfway through the book. The story was very slow and Drug on with complications with the family and friends of the couple. I lost interest and scrolled to the end which so unbelievable and unrealistic. I won't mention that so that I don't spoil it for someone else. The book wasn't bad it was just really different for her Mafia Romance.
