Good storyline but too many inconsistencies… the time line doesn’t match up, on the same page she had on an oversized Reebok shirt to taking off her dress to taking off her pants… two months pregnant feeling kicks? Stop it…Umm okay

I really enjoyed this read, a new author to read!
Kamilah was engaged to Omari a cheating no good piece of man with multiple baby mama's. He really thought he would marry her and continue his whoring ways but one night at a bar in downtown Detroit changes all of that. Jaheem, a known kingpin sees Kamilah and is suddenly smittened and they end up in a one night tryst that would later define their future. Melvina just couldn't help being a tramp and ended up losing Jaheem, but one woman's trash is definitely another's treasure. Plotting with Omari gets both of them dealt with. Their father which was never confirmed until recently has pitted the boys against one another, but his karma is slow but coming daily. In the end Kamilah and Jaheem find their HEA, Giselle and Psalms also find happiness abd the book ended on a very happy note! Great read R. Coxton, will continue to check out your catalog!

Hot flash alert, this book is definitely a page-turner, capturing the "allure of sex, money, murder and power" with dramatic characters and the sexy imagery of Jaheem. Omari and Melvina got what they were asking for in the end. Great book author!

Ain't no fun when the rabbit got the gun... or whatever they say. Omari couldn't take it when Jaheem was the one that got his girl and all of his secrets was out. He lost his mind and I didn't see all thar happening. This was a great read.
