BRAIN TRAINING-MEMORY EXERCISES

This book is informative in that it suggests ways to improve memory. I've used some and picked up New ones from the book. It's a good read if you're having issues losing things or missing appointments. Suggestions in the book would benefit anyone with memory issues.
I noticed relatively few misspelled words. I would estimate less than 10 in all.

I suppose this is fine for a 40-page free e-book, but I probably could have gotten just as much out of a web search. Way too many misspelled words and poor grammar for a published work (maybe on purpose to make sure our brains are quick enough to catch them?). No sources or suggested additional reading to support the science behind these "brain training" strategies. Overall, don't bother.
