Veronica is angry at her husband, so when choosing their vacation destination she avoids the usual places like Aruba and Barbados, opting instead for a get-back-to-nature trip to a remote village in South America. While out hiking, she's bitten by a snake with paralyzing venom and rushed back to the village doctor, an American expatriate. What she doesn't know is the American doctor isn't practicing in the states for a reason, and that once he gets her alone and unable to move, he can do whatever he wants with her.
