She knows more about Nepal more than any of us . I Read it out of boredom . Quite impressive with all the efforts.

A very important book if you want to understand how the society is structured in Nepal and especially how women live.
It was advised to me while I was in Nepal by a Nepali woman, and it opened my eyes.
I was really unaware of the social difficulties women face in Nepal and this book not only made me learn about the Nepali culture it also made reconsider my point of view on a lot of my opinions (western opinions).
After my trip to Nepal and reading this book I am more critical and auto-critical.
