From there he is called to investigate a just uncovered century-old murder victim, one who might well be noted naturalist John Muir. With time quickly running out, Walker has to sort out the unlikely connection between a centuries old murder and the deadly conspiracy that threatens thousands of lives.

Special Agent Michael Walker is back at it, investigating a presumed terror act at National Volcanoes,Park in Hawaii, followed by possible acts at the US mainland"S western National Parks.
Suspense filled with interesting and informative tidbits on Rainier, Yosemite, Crater nd Yellowstone parks.
Michael meets up with friends from the park service that work with him in trying to stop a domestic terrorist from blowing up Yellowstone.
Action is non stop and the characters are well defined and easy to read.
A lot of jumping locations and storyline intermingling.
But a really good read, nonetheless.
