Simple but satisfactory fermented veggies cookbook
I am a busy mom whose about to attempt the Gaps diet with husband and 5 kids. I don't want something long and complicated to read to help me get started. It wasn't. I read it in about 15 minutes. It is certainly not comprehensive but a good introduction to fermented foods.
Most of the recipes use readily available ingredients. The directions are easy to follow, with accurate fermentation times. A good reference for some of the basics.
