Excellent tips on how to be a proactive, rather than a reactive, teacher when students are exhibiting inappropriate behavior.

Pretty average education book - and a bit dated (at one part said to visit a student's home, which even without current corona conditions I would advise against that). Good advice mostly, but I have heard it all before.
