Basic Premise: A book full of horrible monsters for Keepers to use to drive their investigators insane in the Call of Cthulhu RPG.

Call of Chtulhu is a TTRPG with very little crunch to it. Almost everything in the game is fluff- with a very heavy emphasis on "role"-play vs. "roll" play. The monsters have stats here, but their real use is in their descriptions, motivations, and how they operate. These are not creatures for random encounters like in D&D, they are beings with motivations who are there to screw with the PCs at every turn.
