I’ve been following along Kayla’s Author journey for about a year and a bit now and I am so beyond happy the world gets to read her words!!!
This book didn’t feel rushed, G’s trauma didn’t feel over looked or like it was left behind. You truly get a good sense of how she deals and how she gets out of a very dark place. She found safety and love coming from a very unsafe and horrible place. I was very happy with the ending. She deserves everything she received.
Kayla is a very talented young author and I’m excited to see where she goes!
As a survivor myself, this book holds a special place in my heart. So Thankyou ❤️🩹

I really liked it! The healing journey of Gabriella was very well done, it wasn't linear and it wasn't rushed which made it feel authentic. And Marcus is an amazing book boyfriend! I love how obsessed he was with her from the beginning but he never rushed her. He was quietly there for her the whole time while dealing with his own problems and that's exactly what we want in a man. I love their love story.
