"You forgot the mail?!?!"
The king yelled at the snail.
But the snail stayed as calm as could be.
He was not afraid of the king, you see.
He knew where the gift was;
he knew what to do.
The monsters learned that patience pays off too.
We are all familiar with the phenomenon of children wanting everything "here and now". This story describes just such a situation. I hope you and your children will enjoy it and learn from it.

They had been invited to the Monster King’s birthday party.
Everyone would dress up fancy for the event.

A very professionally written children’s (preschool/elementary age) fantasy storybook. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out-of-line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s fantasy movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars. THINK BEFORE YOU ACT
An enjoyable rhyming tale of a Monster King with a nasty temper when things don't go his way. It takes the wise words of the little snail who delivers mail, standing up to the Monster King and making him realize the error of his actions.
"If I think before I act and hear what others have to say, Life will be more peaceful; It's a much better way."
The story is well illustrated with colorful characters of various monsters. A great moral lesson to learn while having fun reading.

Why use Monsters?
The snail who forgot the mail was very captivating title. I was not expecting to hear about ugly monsters. The story has a good moral, but those ugly monster illustrations were awful.

I love Sigal Adler's books for the great pictures, rhyming flow and the great lessons taught. You can't go wrong when you grab one of these for your kids. This one teaches patience in a fun way, we all could use more of that. Great story to add to your Sigal Adler library!

This story was entertaining, it had a moral to it to be patient and to learn to control your temper. This is my first book from this author and it won't be my last. From author to author... Great job!

I love Sigal Adler's books for the great pictures, rhyming flow and the great lessons taught. You can't go wrong when you grab one of these for your kids. This one teaches patience in a fun way, we all could use more of that. Great story to add to your Sigal Adler library!

The title gives away what this book is about. The snail had gotten to the King, when he realized he forgot the mail. This did not make the King very happy so he yelled. This did not scare the snail because he knew exactly where it was.
I thought this book was cute! It teaches patience which is not something kids have a lot of these days because they want everything right then and there. Talks about snail mail which is a lost art. Most kids these days do not know what it is, due to technology.
I would use this book in my classroom to talk about snail mail and how fun it is to get a letter in the mail. I would have my students write letters and then we would send them out to the mail. I would talk about what a pen pal was. Once they got a letter back I would have them journal about how it made them feel to get something in the mail for them.

The Snail Who Forgot The Mail
Thanks so very much Mr Salder for this delightful, and well illustrated book. My granddaughter enjoyed it very much and considered the topic of controlling your emotions. Being a six year old your emotions can get the best of you. I would recommend this book to parents for consideration as an early development tool for their children’s behavior with a fun way to point out their emotions when needed. I gave this book five stars because it we loved it and will use it as a teaching tool. 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️🙌🙌👏👏👍👍

What a great lesson this teaches!!
I absolutely love the illustrations in this adorable rhyming book that teaches kids that losing their temper because they may not have gotten their way isn't going to get them far. Secondary lessons about keeping an open mind and using listening skills make this an all around great read!

This is a great little book to teach young children patience. The author writes this in a rhyming mode and my 4 year old grandson loved it. As an ebook the format could be better but it still has delightful pictures and a good message.

Books like this are so informational for children and hold such a wealth of knowledge. I really enjoy reading books, like this one and many others to my children, for if you start them young then they will grow to have a love for reading and adventure!

Cute little book but a bit wordy for young children. Also there’s a couple of spelling mistakes; lightning, not lightening.
