After protecting her billionaire boss's scandalous private life from the media, Lacey is offered a promotion to become his private assistant -- but is she willing to serve as his personal plaything after hours?

With a cup of tea in hand, she dreams up the sizzling plotlines and unforgettable adventures that have made her a bestseller.
Lacey and Chris is an amazing couple and I enjoyed their story. From the start, to the "suspens", to Nora's blackmailing them and Chris's proposal at the end! Never expected that. I mean I knew Nora was cooking something evil as she wanted to marry Chris and also was angry because she got fired but I never think Chris will go that far to get the woman he truly loves😉 Amazing and captivating story......
If it did I must have blew past it because I dont remember any interviews! I don't typically read (or purchase) book series but after reading the first book I was sold. As for why I rated it a 4.5 out of 5 stars, would be further discussed on my blog!
Although these stories are short, they get right tho the point. Fun and sexy. Something you could zip right through. I had enjoyed reading all the stories.
I first read book one which was free. I loved it and was gifted the complete set. So heads up, just buy the set. There was a few editing issues but very well written. I hate might mini series unless it's completely written and sold in a set. I have read other books buy this author and love her work. Overview. Lacey is a temp at Wolfe industry. Mr Christopher Wolfe noticed lacey the first day and wanted her bad. Lacey over heard his assistant wanting to blackmail him so she goes to a beam (black/white) party to save him and the company. In the process, he sees that she is a different person compared to others that use him. He falls for her even more. Decides he wants her as his assistant as well as his sub, but she refuses him. Chris is willing to do anything to get her. She fights to stay away. But how will win in the end?
I downloaded all 4 books in a set. If I had downloaded these individually, I would have been very upset as they are cliffhangers until the last. I enjoyed most of the story, but I had trouble with Christopher calling Lacey a slut all the time. I understand he was a Dom, but I just couldn't accept it. Then in the end, she doesn't make him earn his way back into her life.
I finished with Book 2. But because this is a complete set and Goodreads doesn't have each book separate, I figured I could do "rereads" of this book even though I am just finishing the next book of the series....This logic makes sense in my head. I'm reading four books and I want Goodreads to know it.
Just finished Book 3.
The series rushed to wrap conflicts/plotpoints up without wrapping everything up...or did so disappointedly.
The Interview turned out to be a decent little love story. I do not like how Chris called her a slut all the time. She was very compliant and that word is very degrading to most women. I agree with the other readers that the (books) are to short. Lucia Jordan you have caught our attention, now give us a book we can spend a weekend curled up with.
This book was great. It takes integrity to do what she did for a total stranger even though she was a temp with nothing to gain from the position she was in. In the end true love won out.
I've really enjoyed this short spicy hot series and look forward to reading more of Lucia Jordan's work. They are perfect in between the lengthier stories or when you are in one that's just not holding your attention.
This series was wonderfully written. Christopher is a total Alpha/Dom, and Lacey is just your normal woman. She is so lucky to have found someone to teach her the lifestyle.
