Can we say lit?
Look at this point I do not know if this author is a male or female. What I do know is I am fully invested in this series. I knew that Crew's story was going to be lit but I had no idea it was going to be like this. I am also 100% positive that I am going to miss these characters at the end of the series. I am going to need updates on them. Back to the current plot. I thought that Crew love interest was going to be Pernelle. Who knows it just maybe before it's all said and done. However I like Bria as well but I would rather see him with Pernelle. My heart goes out to Ciara and Hov. On the other side of the city Cashmier is still up to her old ways. Once her untruth comes to the light she is going to wish she never done what she has. Unfortunately she isn't the only snake in the pit because Gio is showing his ugly head also. Gio has some reaping that he manifested in his own life.
Ladies and gents this is a captivating series with a lot of moving parts. You will be pulled into the pages the minute you start the book. I love the fact it picks up right where Hov and Ciara story ended. It is a continuation from their story. So I said ALL this for you all to get into this series. It is well worth download or purchasing. The author has but his or her thoughts into this series. Creativity at its best.

Crew did NOT come to play. Crew didn’t ease us into a damn thing he kicked the door in, flipped the table and dared everybody to react. Clearly nobody ever told him “don’t touch nothing and be quiet” because from page one he was shaking the entire foundation of this series.
Crew Slim Reeper the ninja is fine, dangerous, unhinged and reckless in a way that keeps your heart racing. Mmmhmmm BDE with a whole warning label. Every single page the plot got thicker and heavier. No closure. No relief. Just tension stacking on top of tension until you’re reading like, “okay but WHAT NEXT?” Black Lavish really said we’re gonna suffer together.
Cashmier that girl does not love her life at all. She keeps playing with fire like she’s immune and if Crew ever finds out she tampered with that DNA… yeah, Sky Daddy gonna see her EXPEDITIOUSLY. I was stressed every time her name popped up.
Bria...Baby… cling to Crew. HOLD ON TIGHT. Because your life is already chaotic and it’s about to get turned upside down in ways you are not prepared for.
What really makes this book hit is the characters. There are so many but every single one matters. Nobody feels like filler. Okayyy book 2 needs to drop asap. Omg! Let start off with this book got me on edge, just like the prequels. First of all, I am sick of Cashmeir and her grimmy self. That chick still playing with fire with this man like he won't end her and not think twice. Then it's Pernell and her hardheaded self. But I still rock with her even though I want to smack the shit outta her myself. Ciara, my heart broke after what happened at and after the party. Bria, grief and drunken self, had her catch a 187. Shit is getting real, and bombs are dropping everywhere. I can't wait for part 2.

Crew mom needs to stop being naïve cause she’s getting that old feeling back. Bria ex f**k buddy Marcus is gonna make a problem for him and his family along with that detective. and also Gio is not coming outta this one I’m wondering is he the reason Hov dad his brother is dead. Wow that wasn't the ending I was expecting. I wonder if Gio knew he was the father all along and still doing what he's doing. What will Crew do once he finds out the Nelle is gone and it's possible his baby won't make it. I might be crazy but I think Cash has something to do with Nelle getting snatched. I can't wait until Crew finds out about what Cash did with the DNA test. I can't believe Emoney still alive and will Nelle ever find out. Pretty Good!!!
We love a sensitive thug, and that is Crew. He loves his family, his people and Hov. Cross any one of those people and its curtains. This was pretty good. Crew is a smooth talking, crazy, no nonsense killer. Regardless of that fact the women still love him, and he shows gentleness and care when necessary. But make no mistake this guy is nuts and this made for a great story. I can’t wait to see he’ll he raises when he finds out about Pretty P. Baby, he’s gonna tear that city up!!

Omg crew story was something I didn’t know I wanted to read lol he’s funny, manipulating , the slim reaper, and lover boy all in one. I know one thing MARCUS need to mind his own business! Never sleep with a petty man ong! But all in all this book is such work the read! Some parts a little slow but it definitely kept me turning the page! So many thing going on had my mouth open! Definitely this whole series is a read! You definitely can read this one on its own but I recommend the whole series . Can’t wait for the next!

This one right here, I was going to say was the best so far, but how it ended pissed me off! I had already figured that part out, but that's not how I thought you would cliffhanger this book! Still a 5 star read though! I never expected Crew to be so funny and petty with the clap backs! But when I tell you that you will definitely laugh out loud, trust me!
Now let me go see if the next part out...

I can not believe this cliff hanger and will be checking everyday for the next book!! Crew is the man. But this story is so well written that I have no clue what is going to happen next. Highly recommend. I usually don't read series until they are done...but this series couldn't help ir. Just hope the next one is around the corner because I broke my own rule for this series and it was worth it!!

First of that cliffhanger had me do a double-take. Crew's story is getting good, I had a feeling Gio was up to no good. Setting up your own soon is crazy and then that means Hov and Crew are cousins actually after all this time. I'm so sad Ciara lost the baby, and worried about Pernelke too. Crew is going to snap when he finds out she was kidnapped. Cashmeir gets on my last nerve, she is so conniving it doesn't make sense!! Anyway waiting for the next book!!!!

Couldn’t wait for this
I am so glad to have finally been able to read crew story. I was a little sad when I felt like that love interest between a crew and P was dying out, but we will see where that goes. I doubt he goes anywhere with Miss Bria around. These two have been related the whole time and never knew it. That’s so crazy. I can’t wait for part two!

This story is absolute chaos!! Crew is unhinged and reckless, and I am definitely not rooting for Bria putting her life on the line for him. Between Pernelle being pregnant and missing, and the heartbreak I feel for Ciara and Hov, there is just way too much going on. Black Lavish kept me stressed and hooked from start to finish! 📈🔥

The scream I scrumptttttttttt at the last page? Baby wtf is happening! Omg. Black Lavish? Come here. I was not ready ok? I am ready for the next book! That is the review. You just have to read the entire book to understand. My head is literally spinning.

I like Crew. His mama is PMO. She so strung up for love, she allowing the enemy into her home. And poor Bria. Cashmere still PMO as well, always on some shady mess. This ain’t gone end well for her either.
Book 2 should be good.

This was well worth the wait. Crew is a protector but when he gets mad,God help us. Loved the cliffhanger I can’t wait for book 2.
