Redemption Post Mortem hooked me from its opening pages with an atmosphere so sharp it feels almost alive. Emil Buchman crafts a paranormal thriller that is both psychological and deeply human, blending suspense with emotional grit in a way that makes every chapter pulse with urgency.

Michael instantly stood out to me, a character who feels haunted not just by forces beyond his understanding, but by the weight of his own past. His unraveling is tense, relatable, and beautifully written. The eerie figure that shadows him adds a layer of dread that builds slowly, masterfully, and relentlessly.

One of my favorite elements is how Buchman uses darkness as a metaphor not just something supernatural, but something internal. The tension between Michael and the shifting world around him makes the book feel like stepping into a dream that could turn nightmare at any moment.

Vincent Sammy’s atmospheric illustrations enhance the experience, deepening the book’s chilling tone while adding visual weight to the story’s most haunting moments.

This is a paranormal thriller with teeth sharp writing, emotional depth, and a narrative that keeps surprising you. A must read for fans of twisty, slow-burning supernatural suspense.

Redemption Post Mortem is a fast-paced, suspense-driven paranormal thriller that pulls readers into a world where morality, mystery, and the supernatural collide. Emil Buchman delivers a tightly woven narrative filled with unexpected turns, psychological tension, and high emotional stakes. The story unfolds with confidence, keeping readers off balance in the best possible way.

What truly elevates this book is its exploration of redemption and consequence beyond the limits of life itself. The paranormal elements are layered seamlessly into the plot, enhancing rather than overpowering the human struggle at the heart of the story. With vivid storytelling, strong pacing, and striking visual support from the illustrations, Redemption Post Mortem is a standout read for fans of dark thrillers who crave originality and depth.

A soul involved in a pilot program from heaven. He is assigned tasks to help humans. He thwarts those demons or humans using their powers and abilities to access innocents. If he screws up he will be sent to oblivion. A great story concept and I would like to read more like this.
