It's a monster book. I wrote a general review of Dolmenwood for the Player's Handbook. If you're new to TTRPGs or the OSR scene, this is smaller component of Dolmenwood and you'd be better served getting the Player's Handbook if you want to play or the Campaign Setting book if you want to run a game or read about the setting in-depth.

My 5 star rating comes from my love of the setting and game of Dolmenwood as a whole. In addition, if you weren't interested in Dolmenwood, this monster book can easily be used for other OSR games and should give you plenty of inspiration.
