Okay, listen—this was way better than I expected.
The ranch setting? Hot.
Twin cowboys? Very hot.
Protective, all-in, found-family energy? My kryptonite.
Joelle actually worked for me as a heroine: exhausted single mom, just wanting safety and stability, walking straight into two men ready to worship the ground she stands on. The caretaking, the devotion, the “we’ll handle everything, you just breathe” vibe? Chef’s kiss 🤌
Now… let’s talk about the milk kink.
Do I hate it? No.
Do I fully understand it? Also no.
Did it slightly take me out of the story every time it showed up? A little.
It didn’t ruin the book, but it did keep me from giving a full 5 stars. I was more invested in the emotional claiming, the family building, and the twins’ shared intensity than the milky fixation.
That said:
• The chemistry is 🔥
• The fast burn works
• The ex-baby-daddy threat adds tension
• And the “we share everything” twin dynamic is deliciously unhinged in the best way
Overall, 4.5 stars for a forbidden, filthy, oddly tender cowboy ménage that almost had me fully converted… if not for my lingering “hmm?” about the dairy situation 🐄💀

Stephanie has done it again! This was the sweetest cowboy romance...Joelle is a newly single mom who has had a rough life. In trying to find security and stability, she travels back to her twin stepbrothers ranch looking to fill the housekeeping position and finds so much more. Loved the world building in this story. I felt so immersed with these cowboys and their way of life. This author has a way of taking a story and giving it roots that dig deep into your heart. Wade and Caleb have found their happiness again in Joelle and her son and they are bold with their love and dedication. This book was hotter than it had any right to be! Touching on "preferences" that I never took an interest in, but it was done in such a way that showed so much devotion and adoration that it was impossible not to love it. And the "butterfly" Well that butterfly scene has to be one of the hottest things that I've EVER read!🔥This book was so passionate and just beautiful to see the way that they loved Joelle and embraced her son. As a single mom myself, it brought tears to my eyes. The heart of this book reminds you that sometimes you can find your way and your happiness back at home. All of the stars! 😍 #ARC

Stephanie has done it again! We’ve been spoiled by some steamy cowboy smutty goodness and I’m obsessed. When I saw that we’d be getting a Cowboy standalone series, the scream I scrumpt!😩👏🏼
My only complaint is that I wish this book was 100-200 pages longer. I loved Caleb and Wade (especially Wade lol).

Joelle used to be Wade and Caleb, the twins, stepsister but the twins dad died and Joelle's gold digger mom took Joelle and left. A few years later Joelle is on her own with her little boy. Things haven't been going well and when she sees an ad for a housekeeper at her ex-stepbrothers ranch she applies for the job. This book is steamy right from the word go. I've never had a lactation k!nk but after reading this I get the appeal. I love Joelle, Wade and Caleb! Wade is gruff with a heart of gold. Caleb is sweet with a spine of steel. And Joelle is all of that and more. I enjoyed their journey to true love. Stephanie Brother writes wonderful, smexy characters...ones you wish were real people. Her stories hold your attention and are about so much more than sexy times. Really enjoyed this book.

Three words for you ... breastfeeding is sexy!
I'm glad Stephanie Brother put it out there. I have heard of more than one husband/significant other mention how they get jealous when their kid suckles milk from mommy, and I think it is good to know that it isn't necessarily a taboo.
And yes, breast milk tastes good.
But having that experience with someone you trust (and love) like Wade and Caleb has to be surreal. Given their past as steps for 1 year, the familiarity was present but not enough to make it feel weird.
Joelle's inexperience but willingness to be with Wade and Caleb — acknowledging her teen crush — was the catalyst for change in all their lives. We almost wish that the drama of baby daddy entering the picture would not happen, but ... that is what makes good storytelling, yeah?
Hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I did. :)

I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Joelle returns back to the ranch, where she spent one short year with her mother while her stepfather was alive, to work as the housekeeper. Being a single mother to a one-year-old boy, whom is named after one of the twins Caleb, who showed her kindness when she was living there. They show her the respect and love that she deserves and slowly help her to understand that she is worthwhile and loved. I loved the way Caleb and Wade helped Joelle and her son baby Caleb and treated them as their own. it was a great story with the right amount of angst and lots of action.

This was a romantic story for all three main characters with lots of adult fun. It was a sweet low angst story about a young woman looking for stability. Joelle used to live on a ranch when her mom married a wealthy cowboy. He had twin sons that were only a couple years older than Joelle. The marriage did not last and Joelle’s mom took her away from the only stable place that she has ever had. Years later Joelle returned to the ranch to answer a job advertisement for a housekeeper and cook. The twins, Wade and Caleb, now strong and handsome men were surprised to see adult Joelle. This is their journey to give Joelle the security and love that she deserves. There is a happy ending. Read On!

This begins the new series (Wild Rides) from this author, and I enjoyed my time with Caleb, his brother Wade, and their step-sister Joelle.
The dynamic between Wade and Joelle was super steamy super fast, and this read is very heavy with the "milking" kink, so be aware. As the story winds along, it's easy to understand the way things unfold, and Caleb joining in on the fun was good. Not a lot of drama but - whew - lots of heat.
It was an enjoyable read, and I recommend this author, and her many other addictive series as well.

Joelle has been down on her luck. She is a single mom of a baby boy. She shows up at the farm owned by her former stepbrothers Wade and Caleb in response to a job ad. They immediately recognize her and Wade offers her a trial run at the position. However, there is instant chemistry and the lines start to blur and they make her an offer she just cannot refuse as she needs a place for her and her son. A surprise comes when she reveals to the twins that her son was named after Caleb, who was nice to her when she was younger and made her feel welcome at the ranch up until their father died and her mother took her and left. This was a great read the same as other books I've read by this author!

This one felt softer and sweeter than some of her other books, but don’t worry, the spice is still very much there. I adored seeing this gentler, more emotional side alongside the heat.
Twins. Her ex-stepbrothers. Shared proximity. A real woman with curves. Protective, devoted cowboys and that cosy, found family feeling. One of those reads I picked up and couldn’t put down.

Down on her luck single mum - Joelle has to go back to her past when she applies for a job working for her stepbrothers - Wade & Caleb. As their cook & housekeeper. Which puts her in close proximity to both of them leading to plenty of steaminess including lactation (this was the first that I've read with this in and I didn't think that it would be hot but my word in this book it was off of the charts smoking hot!) and a particularly hot butterfly scene too. In between that were some really heartwarming parts especially with Joelle and her son. I really enjoyed reading this book and breezed through it in one afternoon. A great read.

This was a fast, easy read with solid characters and a plot that moved quickly. While I enjoyed the setup, the big “yikes” moment was over almost as soon as it started, which made everything feel a little too rushed to be fully believable. The steamy scenes, usually a strong point in Stephanie Brother’s books, felt more glossed over than expected. Overall, still an enjoyable read, just a bit too quick for me to fully sink into.

Yes its a step sibling book but barely... Her mom is a gold digger and was only with the twin MMCs dad for a very short time. After dad passes Mom & Joelle leave then Joelle is on her own with a baby. Joelle sees an ad for a housekeeper for her former stepbros. The twist, she's weaning her little bub off the breastmilk and well.... she needs help with relieving the pressure of that. Smexy times commence. The ending was a little quick but I also love that there wasn't conflict for conflicts sake.

I loved this book! The storyline held my attention all the way through. I loved that Stephanie brought us some kinks. The lactation and breeding are some of my favorites. I guess you could say, the spice was spicy. 😉

Stephanie Brother has again given me a book that I didn’t put down! Two lonely boys, Wade & Caleb, a step sister, Joelle, a dying father and a step monster! What in the world could all of this lead too? Well grown men, a single mom and a toddler that needs help is where all of that leads to but there is sooo much more than that. Overcoming survival and beginning to enjoy life is where this story goes with lots of dips, twists and turns that will leave you smiling.

I love Stephanie and trust her to tell a compelling story with plenty of heart as well as heat and she didn’t disappoint me with this one. I wasn’t put off by the kink I didn’t understand. I love Stephanie and trust her to tell a compelling story with plenty of heart as well as heat and she didn’t disappoint me with this one. I wasn’t put off by the kink I didn’t understand. Shared by the Cowboys by Stephanie Brother is a single mom, cowboy, menage romance story. This story follows our FMC and her son who shows up to our MMCs ranch. She is looking for a room, job, and some space to breathe. Our MMCs are happy to help her out especially given she was their stepsister. Whew this story pulls you in from the start and you can't help but dive deeper throughout the story. Amazing job!

Had great potential but fell short in my opinion. It was just too quick!! These brothers had very little interaction with their stepsister when she lived with them years ago as a teen, and then as soon as she shows up needing a job and home for her and her baby they just decide she is theirs to keep. She was vulnerable and they preyed on it. No relationship building at all. Disappointing.
