Moving back to Crows Nest was not what Gemma thought she would be doing this year - especially not if Quaide Mitchell was back in town.
In high school they were inseparable. Then Quaide changed everything - deserting Gemma to chase cows in the Northern Territory.
Ten years later, Gemma is a vet, running from a failed engagement - and straight into tragedy, a rundown house, and a town full of memories. Quaide is back too, determined to rebuild his family's farm... and maybe his life.
Coming home to Crows Nest might be exactly what they both need - but can they live in a town where they can't escape each other?
The boy who broke her heart... and the girl he can't forget.
I absoloutely loved this book. Having lived in the area of the small towns mentioned in this book, it took me back and made me feel right at home. Each character is witty, kind and relatable. The story made me feel like I was a part of the small town community, and I loved every moment of it. I can’t wait for the next one. ❤️☀️
