Mean girls at high school.
Mean girl drugs Hero and makes it look like he cheated on the heroine.
Heroine moves away and due to circumstances of both the Hero and heroine they loose contact completely.
Heroine meets other man who dies of cancer but gives his blessing to Hero.
No intimate scenes other than Hero and heroine. Except set up scene which didn't show much.
Not for me.
ARC.
