Carolyn and Naomi were very cute together. Carolyn was bold and a little playful, with a deep love for her brother. Naomi was quiet and industrious, and struggled with panic attacks. The story explored toxic parent/child relationships and grief, along with different kinds of love.

the cover drew me to this book because it’s absolutely gorgeous and this was a lovely little read for my flight! thoroughly enjoyed

Pining in the forest, wolves in the bedroom!
Stitches and Secrets takes us on a sweet romantasy with some wolf, human and in-between mixed in. It's a love story that spans multiple generations with a literal thread that ties them all together. There's familial loss and grief, fear of the unknown, a lot of sweet humor and tension, and a gentle building of love and trust, before numerous events tip the apple cart.
I really enjoyed the fresh spin on wolf shifter heritage and the theme of strong family bonds throughout, but even moreso the friendship between Naomi and Ellis, and that part of the relationship between Naomi and Carolyn that grows so naturally into their romance.
My one gripe? I'm a stickler for anachronisms in fantasy settings. If it has too many modern slang phrases that don't fit the atmosphere of the story, it makes for a more jarring read. There were quite a few sprinkled through the book, so I docked a star. I'd have loved to see them blended in more in the style of speech in use by the characters as if we're in their experience of the world, not ours. But the story is well written in spite of this, with some nice unexpected twists and turns.

A quick, light werewolf romance with room to grow
Stitches & Secrets was a very quick read and a nice story overall, but it didn't quite reel me in. It felt a bit like a fluff story (ha ha, werewolves).
The romance moves incredibly fast, with both main characters falling for each other right from the get-go. While there is conflict in the plot, much of it is resolved a bit too easily, and a few subplots felt slightly "yada-yada'd" or forgotten by the end. It's a decent choice if you're looking for something light and fast-paced, but I wanted a bit more depth and resolution.

An entertaining an enchanting world with Lycanians (werewolves) and plenty of other creatures I enjoyed

- I love the voice of this author, feels as if the story flies off the page
- Fast pacing and short read, both bonus for me
- I love the description of the wolf shifting in particular
- Delightful graphics
- Disney's Robin Hood vibes
- Neurodivergent rep/anxiety/panic attacks
- Sapphic awkwardness, so adorable

I adored this story about Naomi, a human apprentice healer and Carolyn, a wolf shifting seamstress.
The idea was fresh and original and the characters were well fleshed out. The side characters for once were not a happy bunch except Ellis who is Naomi’s best friend.
The scenery is well described, set in the times of barons and oil lamps (history is not my strong point so I can’t be more precise).
There was a little angst but it all made sense and was not included just for the sake of it. Once I started reading I found it hard to put down. Great book.

Can I interest you in a FF paranormal romance with a lesbian werewolf? How about a love story set in a regency era fantasy realm? Arranged marriages and magical healing anyone? But don’t worry, this isn’t a sapphic suppression world, and they do get their HEA. They just have to fight for their love all while dealing with anxiety, PTSD, raising a sibling, and loss of family members. This book is more steamy than spicy, but it’s such a sweet, fun, and borderline cozy love story that you won’t even miss the spice!

"An ok Paranormal Romance"
The story is exciting, and the characters are awesome.
Naomi is a spunky healer. Although she has panic attacks. This started when her brother was killed by a wolf. In this story there are Lycans only they can not shift. They do have claws,and pointy ears plus wolf eyes. This does cause Naomi panic attacks when she needs to treat the Lycans. It almost causes Naomi her job. This is until she meets Carolyn a Lycan. Naomi falls for her which changes her view of Lycans!
This story is ok although it's not really my type.

This is a delightful love story!
I loved the humour, the passion, and also the well-written sadness (really feel sorry for Naomi at times).
There are struggles with fears of different kinds, bigotry & prejudice, family political manoeuvres, and misogyny, yet we also see friendship, courage, deep love, forgiveness, and understanding.
This is a well-balanced mix of all the right ingredients.
(I was fortunate to receive an ARC however the above is, as ever, my own opinion.)

Sweet story of opposites attract
This was a sweet and slow-burn romance. I would have even loved more but it did not take away from thw enjoyment of the book. It wasn't too deep, but it worked since it is a novella.
Carolyn being mated to someone terrified of her kind was interesting. And the sweet care she took and breaking her fear was heart warming.
The resolution came quick and I was not expecting the flashback twist but it was extremely cute for a quick read

Such a good novella! I really enjoyed this, it let me see more into the lives and romance of some of my favorite characters from Fangs Divide Us!

A lycan sapphic story with a beautiful cover, well written. It's nicely formatted with a simple plot and very easy reading but I was a little bit confused by chapter 3.
