This is my first Sky Gold story and once I had read the first couple of chapters, the intrigue started to capture. Lumi's daringness is well matched by Zavier's more rigid nature. While the danger lies hidden and the secrets have their own secrets, the effects of what was and what could be are far-reaching.

The Shadow Dragon and his Siren

What a magnificent form of visual story-telling and a plethora of exhilarating descriptions that made travelling along with this fantastic and angsty romantasy, a sinful delight!
The world building is vivid and awe-inspiring and the story underlying the tale is deliciously poignant, suspenseful and riveting, begging you to dive in and become a part of the journey.

Lord Zavier is the premier Shadow Dragon, fully in thrall with his mission of protecting his futuristic world and feeling a hollowness in missing his companion to bond with and help hold the other half of his soul.
Beautiful Lumi seems to have had a difficult life and is under an endless contract to a vicious khan, lest her family and close friends be hurt should she fail to carry out her duties.
Their coming together is cataclysmic and sets off a chain reaction of disasters that threatens their relationship, the Brotherhood and their galaxies.

From soulful and teary moments and heartbreaking drama to loving values - this tale faced a gamut of sensations and is told with heart and heat. The words of the story simply reinforced the strength and endurance of all the much-loved characters in this world.

This was truly an amazing tale crafted by a wonderful author and I have thoroughly enjoyed the hours of respite this reading has gifted me. I thank the author for giving me the opportunity to enjoy the arc and provide my voluntary review.

Wow I am not even sure where to start with reviewing this book it is truly an epic read. Lumi does not play by the rules and her life changes the minute she steals from Zavier the most feared Dragon King ever.
The two characters are polar opposites Lumi is seductive and free and Zavier is controlled beyond all reason. When these two come together a passion beyond all reason ingnites that in the end may cost them everything.
You are not going to want to put this book down once you start it, I was on tender hooks wanting to know what happened.
If you are looking for an epic read then look no further because this book is all you need.

He gave up family and love to be a dragon guardian and he should not want her. He will take her to his castle where things maybe come much more with the power to shatter the stars. A very immersive read about Lumi and Zavier. The world building is impressive, and the characters' abilities are vast. Lumi is unaware of her heritage and Zavier uncovers her secret but doesn't reveal it immediately due to the dangers the two are facing. When Zavier gives out punishments to those that hurt Lumi, it is uniquely designed to that individual and it is diabolical. Will these two find their HEA and their love endure?!?

This is not a genre I normally read, but once I got into the story it was clear Sky has created a captivating world for the reader.

Lumi and Zavier are definitely opposites that attract. The chemistry and banter as their relationship developed was refreshing. The story line had a a good mix of slow burn feels accompanied with the tension one might expect given their individual positionings within their world, entangled with their coming together.

This story interested me when I first heard about it. Lumi's life is not easy she is considered the bottom of the food chain; she tried to steal the jewel. Zavier is the Shadow Dragon that catches Lumi and keeps her as his siren, but she is in danger he will do everything in his power to keep her safe, especially with her power.

Really good world building and description. It's not my usual genre to read, but I really enjoyed the book. Zavier was very alpha and growly and Lumi was a delightful treat who kept him on his toes. I loved the banter and the push and pull of the slowish burn of their relationship. Also the story keeps you invested with all the action throughout.
