Wow, that was different...
A taboo love story that ends happily...
Mmm yummy :)

Hey! Think about being with the son of the woman who stole your husband away and married him as soon as you were divorced...

Seriously... Can you think of a sweeter revenge than f*cking her son :)))???!!!

description

Well, it wasn’t planned but it happened anyways and it felt so good...

*********************************************

Just as the book says, love comes at unexpected times with people you least expect sometimes...

"FALLING IN LOVE is quite possibly the strangest, most senseless, overwhelmingly reckless act we as humans do in our lives. It happens so effortlessly, so naturally, that most of the time we don’t mean for it to happen, but once we realize it for what it is, it’s too late to be undone."

Well, first of all, let me say that I love Erin Noelle's writing. She has a way of telling a story that captures my heart.

I wouldn’t love this book that much if it were a dirty hot book between an older woman and a young guy. I wouldn’t love it that much if it weren’t so real, and if feelings weren't involved.

It was natural and real.
It was romantic and emotional.
It was sensual and scorching hot.
It was beautiful in every way.

I didn’t have any doubts about their feelings; it was so real that I accepted it immediately.

Mia was married to Mark for about 22 years or so and he had been cheating her behind her back for 2 years with her close friend, who happens to be the mother of their son’s best friend. Finally, he wants a divorce. She is devastated, angry, furious even, smashing the furniture in the house followed by aggressive gym workout sessions. But in time, she starts to accept her new life. She loses a lot of weight, changes her hair and becomes her most beautiful self.

*********************************************

Her son’s best friend, Grayson (Gray) comes from Spain to his mother’s wedding. He isn’t happy about it at all. He is angry with his mother for getting into a relationship with a married man and stealing him. After the wedding, he also has a fight with the new step-dad and he leaves home. He starts to stay at his best friend, Adam’s house with his mother Mia.

*********************************************

And then, things start to get really out of control as Gray finds the woman of her childhood fantasies more beautiful and attractive than ever. He has always had a crush on her and now that he is a grown up guy, Mia looks at him differently, too.

She is 38 and he is 21 but it doesn’t matter for them as they find each other utterly irresistible. So, they begin a secret affair knowing it will last for a short time, and it will only be a fling but they develop feelings, really strong feelings and they get along very well. They have fun together and the chemistry between them is off the charts.

But what will happen when Mia's son, Adam, learns about their affair? How will they make him accept this? Or the others involved? Will it be just a fling or can it last forever?

Well, that was really fun to read. I loved every minute of it. I never questioned if their relationship would work out or if it would last forever. Hey what lasts forever? It lasts if it lasts. One should be happy as long as they have it, no matter what, if you ask me.

I never judged them or I never questioned what they did. I just loved the way they loved each other, which is the only thing that matters to me. As long as there is love, I am in!

I can recommend this to anyone who loves taboo love stories and to anyone who wouldn’t judge this relationship because of the age difference. If you have an open mind and open heart for any kind of relationship that involves love, then, I believe you will most definitely embrace their beautiful story, no matter what…

*********************************************

The ending was beautiful, but it was a bit of a rush and some things were missing; ergo my deduction of a half point...

Even though there was an epilogue with a HEA, I wanted more... I needed more. Maybe I loved them so much that I didn't want to part with them, I don't know, but I know I wanted to learn more about their future.

I also wish there were a scene about her ex husband and his new wife learning about this affair. I was looking forward to their reaction. Them going crazy would have made me happier (yeah, me the vindictive b*tch :) but alas, it didn't happen, we didn't get to see their reaction.

Well, I am still happy about reading this book, it was a very beautiful love story.

Well, here are a few glimpses from the book...

“You drive me fucking crazy, mi cielo.” He places his thumb under my chin and tilts it up so I’m staring into his intense eyes. “Whether you’re cooking or painting, watching TV or reading, even when you’re sleeping - God, especially when you’re sleeping - I want you all the time. And it’s not just about getting off, it’s about being inside you…being as close as I fucking possibly can, claiming you as mine.”

***

“I want now,” he rumbles, the words emitting from deep inside his chest. “You said anytime I want, and I. Want. Now .”
My upper thighs clench together instinctively, flooding with desire as I nod. “Where?” I whisper, willing to strip right here at the beach in broad daylight for him, if that’s what he asks.
“The room,” he announces, standing up and grabbing our belongings.

***

“Next time it's your turn, pretty boy.”
“I appreciate the art, man, but I don’t think it’s for me,” I say respectfully. “There’s nothing I want permanently marked on my body.”
He crosses his arms across his chest and nods his shiny head like he’s got me all figured out. “When you find your nothing , you’ll know, and you’ll be back.”

***

“If nothing lasts forever, mi cielo, please say you’ll be my nothing.”

***

Sunday morning, I wake early with a restless feeling sitting heavy in my chest. Mia’s sleeping soundly next to me, and for quite some time, I simply lie there and stare at her impeccable beauty. Borderline creepy, but whatever.
Without even realizing when I’m doing it, I find myself softly singing, humming the parts I don’t know, a famous Spanish love song as I stroke her hair across the pillow.

***

"Get ready to count, Mia!"

***

Here's why MILF works...FOR ME.

This is a coming of age story. No matter what your age is, it's never too late to find something new about yourself. You find yourself in a situation that you would never think would happen to you and in this case it's about Mia. A married woman who has just been served divorce papers out of the blue by her once loyal husband. She's devastated by this but determined not to let it get her down. She immerses herself into her work and focuses on herself along with her son. What makes it more sad is that her husband carried an affair to her once best friend. This once best friend has a son named Grayson who comes back from his studies in Spain to attend the marriage of his mom and stepdad. There is already a connection with Mia and Grayson since they've known each other for years.

Even though Mia knew Gray since he was a kid, there was no ick factor. It wasn't like she was attracted to him when he was a kid. He's in his early 20's to her late 30's when their love affair begins. At first, it shocks Mia to be attracted to Gray. There's the age difference but also because he's her sons best friend. Then when they see that it's not just a one time thing, they keep it on the down low from her son until they can both speak to him. Other people come to play. Either it's to tease or to cheer them on; they both get support in their relationship. Of course, there's drama and from the prologue you'll see what I mean.

I didn't see it as Mia going thru a mid life crisis. Grayson just happened to be there when she needed someone the most. No matter the age. MILF is a fast paced, funny and sexy story. The only issue I had was towards the end. I felt it was rushed with the outcome of their relationship and how it was "resolved" quickly. Also I would have liked to have seen more interaction between Mia and Grayson on some parts. All in all, I definitely recommend.

Happy Reading!

Mia and Grayson ♥

MILF. noun, slang: vulgar. An attractive older woman, usually a mother, who is regarded as a sexually desired object by a younger man. That title .. that title is what drew me in. I came across this novel earlier today; I always read the synopsis (if there is one) before starting a novel (OCD of mine .. it's like watching a movie trailer). Speaking of movie trailers .. The Boy Next Door is a movie which will be released soon. Why am I throwing that in there? It's because at first I was like YES it's going to be like this movie which is such a unique plot (LET'S HOPE THE MOVIE ISN'T A LET DOWN). Even though I haven't watched it yet I know that it isn't similar to this book. I didn't even bother with the synopsis because it already captivated me. I was literally on a mission to READ it. The prologue .. OH MY at first I was like GOD DAYUM (FANS SELF WITH HAND) .. and then at the end of it was in a fit of giggles. Since that last page of the prologue I had an everlasting smile on my face. What a book. Good job Erin Noelle .. I'm so glad that all these first books I'm reading by new authors are not let downs. I fell in love with both characters and their story is beautiful in it's unique way (AND OF SO WRONG .. BUT SO RIGHT).

I want it.
You want it.
And that's all that f*cking matters to me.."
description

Do I recommend? HAHA .. but OF COURSE! It truly had me dreading the next page because it was one less page of the story. The story line is so DIFFERENT which is rare to find. Erin Noelle will have you captivated from the Prologue to the two dreadful words (THE END). On the note of two words .. I got some two Spanish ones for my main señor Grayson .. TE AMO

"..Mi cielo. I f*cking love it."
"What does that mean? Mi cielo?"
"It means my heaven."

As a huge fan of older woman younger man trope, I was happy to find this book.

Great premise, abhorrent male protagonist.

Older or younger gf/wife... this young manwhore has no chance to become a real man, IMO.

He dated a girl for 2 years, but cheated on her during his stay in Spain. Maybe they had an agreement, I don't care.
The day he comes back, he fucks his gf and thinks about all those OWs he sampled abroad.
Not only this, but also lack of respect for women!

He constantly complained about his gf, jerked off to the thoughts of his friend's mom/heroine, but still fucked his gf while thinking about the heroine 🙄😖🤢

Fiction or not, such boy won't change for the next 20 years for any woman!
Maybe after another thousands of ONSs, a couple of chlamydia treatments and some life-changing even, but not within a month and all this with a woman twice his age.

Such men barely stay faithful, my opinion of course, and with such big age gap, I'd give them 5 years tops and she'll be left alone with another kid to raise.

I flove couples with older females, but they need 2 mature and respectful partners.

This piece of teenager manwhore won't be any kind of a hero even in a fantasy book!

Bummer. But such great premise!

3,5 'Wrong Kind of Love' stars

That was nice and cute and, surprisingly, pretty low on the angst. It was one of these books that I really liked while reading but that didn't leave much impression when I finished it. And honestly, I don't know what exactly to say.

I liked Mia. She was the star of this book for me ✨✨✨ I was cheering her on for every single step she made towards the 'new and fresh image of herself'. She deserved all the good things and more. However, I felt very indifferent to Grey. He was a typical 'jerk asshole - slash - sex god' that I didn't find appealing at all.

I did like them together, though, I think the sexual tension was way hotter than actual sex. I don't know, maybe it was just me but I kind of missed the taboo aspect. It was older woman/ younger man and best-friend's-mother trope so I was expecting it to feel more taboo but it was rather nice and cute. Which is not exactly a negative thing but not what I hoped for.

I don't want to finish this review with the impression that it was a bad book, it just wasn't what I was looking for. Seriously, give it a chance if you're in the mood for a nice love story, sprinkled with low angst.

Let's face it- I'm a HUGE Erin Noelle fan. She has a way of sucking you in to a story with her poetic written story lines that I almost forget what I'm even reading about. This book didn't disappoint once again.

Mia feels like her life is over the moment she finds her husband is leaving her for another woman.. And not just any other woman- a friend. Her son's best friend's mother to make matters worse. When everything you've known for years is ripped from you, where do you even begin to pick up the pieces? Mia throws herself into her work and working out, leaving her looking better than she has in years.

Grayson is just back from Spain and dealing with his Mother getting married is not really in the list of things he wants to do. Especially when she is marrying his best friend's Dad and from that caused his best friend's family to be ripped apart.

When Adam invites his best friend Grayson to stay at his house- Mia completely understands and sympathizes agreeing it is not a problem. What she didn't expect was for the first time in years, to have that undeniable connection .. to her son's best friend.

How can something SO wrong make you feel so right?

Hiding their taboo relationship isn't an easy task but for the first time in a long time- Mia feels alive. Knowing that eventually they have to end their love affair- Mia and Gray quickly realize there is nothing taboo about their feelings but how do you explain that to a world that is so quick to judge and so eager to never forget?

Lines are blurred. What's wrong becomes right and somewhere along the way you realize- Love is Love.

4.5 stars and kudos to another amazing Erin Noelle novel <3

ps. THIS BOOK IS OFF THE HOOK - HOT. EN can write the steam like no other -- off to take a cold shower! ;)

I loved this book. Mia is newly divorced after her best friend dicked her over by having an affair with her husband and marrying him. She's now trying to find who she is as she married and gave birth as a teenager to her son Adam. Grayson, is not only Adam's BF who she's known since he was a child but also the son of the bitchy best friend now married to her husband. Oh what a tangled web we weave...

Grayson ends up coming to live with Mia and Adam and everything is copasetic except for the fact that Grayson has been away in Europe for a year, learning to be self sufficient and growing as he sees the world, and when he stumbles upon Mia again, he sees her with new mature eyes and what he sees he wants. Mia was awesome, it really didn't feel so wrong for these two to be together. In some ways, it felt as if they were in the same space developmentally. Both adults, just starting out, finally knowing what they liked. With Mia, that definitely came from her controlling marriage and no experience with anyone else.

Of course, there is Adam to contend with. And that's kind of a cringeworthy factor to have to deal with. It's his best friend and his mom so needless to say the shit is going to hit the fan either way when their relationship is revealed.

All in all, I believed this story though. I believed the age gap did not hinder their love for one another probably because of the way the author wrote it in such an organic fashion. Grayson just isn't your typical guy. Probably also bought it because I live in a town where 'age inappropriate' relationships are all the rage and going on all around me.

Either way, a solid 4 stars. Loved it.

MILF is a fun, sexy forbidden steamy love affair between older woman and her son's BFF. The whole plot is promising dramatic, guilt ridden and fun read. However I found Miss Noelle focusing on the story of the heroine's empowerment.

I am at dilemma wanting to have more steamy guilty and drama ridden plot and enjoying what Miss Noelle written. I do not deny I enjoy this book very much. The sex scenes are hot and steamy. He is sexy, mature and loving. He loves Mia with all his heart although Miss Noelle done more telling than showing.

The plot is refreshing for me. Needing something different from all the romance books I read so far.

The only novel I have read by Erin Noelle was Conspire with S.E Hall so I was excited to read this one...I read the synopsis and knew I just had to read it.

Mia Sullivan was married and a mother by the time she was eighteen. And now, after twenty years of marriage and taking care of her husband, son and home, her husband leaves her for another woman. A woman she never thought would betray her the way she did. She didn't know what to do now with her life but after going through the motions she was ready to move on and figure it all out. It was time to make herself happy.

Grayson "Gray" was back after 10 months of studying abroad to attend his mother's wedding. One he did not approve of but what can he do. He was away from his best friend, Adam and his girlfriend Jess for all that time and was ready to get back to his life but something seems off. He was changed and needed to figure out his future and after one crazy night he was now with Adam full time...

Mia was like a second mom to Adam but after seeing each other after 10 months, he was not the same boy that left, he was now a man. A man she could not help but look at even if she knew it was wrong. He was not only 17 years younger but her son's best friend. After some early morning run-ins things took a turn. They got heated. There was a pull that neither of them could deny.

Mia's sister Stella and Adam both wanted her to be happy. Stella was there for Mia no matter what but they had to keep Adam out of it. Mia and Gray did not want to hurt him if it was just going to be a fling. Gray has a proposal for Mia and one she just could not say no to. She could not live with "what ifs" when it came to Gray.

He made her feel alive, he supported her with her growing career which was as a painter. A career her ex never cared for. He also made her feel desired, sexy and feelings that she never felt before. And Mia brought out those feelings for Gray. But can they really be a couple? What about Adam? Is this about revenge?

I loved these characters. Hard. Mia is a kick-ass mom and artist. She could have just keep going on the way she was but then she woke up and took life by the horns. She was finding herself again and the result was awesome. Gray was mature for his age and respected Mia so much, wanted to be there and protect her when needed. Adam was also amazing, he was a great son and that says something. Now, Stella...oh Stella. She is a rockstar and would love to see her have her own book one day.

Overall, MILF was fucking amazing! I was hooked from the very start and read it in less than a day. It was emotional, sexy and forbidden. I laughed, I swooned and I cried. I finished it yesterday afternoon and have been thinking about it ever since. I will definitely be picking up some more of Erin's books.

Side note: Loved their little names for one another.

Quotes:

"Well, there's nothing wrong with the old you, Mom, but he's not the only one who deserves a fresh start."

"Living here has been the most delicious torture."

Get ready to count, Mia.

If you loved this book, maybe skip my ranting review.

Damn, the premise was so good!

Don't get me wrong, I loved how the heroine reinvented herself, grew as a person and decided to take what she wanted from life. The hero? I donno, not a very pleasant young man, who somehow felt lost in life and decided that the hot best friend's mom would be exactly what he needed to grow up. He did get better toward the middle of the book, but sooo much stuff felt totally unnecessary...

The were several things that made it almost unbearable, I started skimming just to get to the end. The way the hero talked about Spanish women in the beginning was like a slap in the face. Him speaking Spanish did not make much sense... I mean it was a nice touch, but come on, he spent 10 months in Spain and suddenly he's all Spanish? Ridiculous. The relationship with his mother was just a convenient plot twist and didn't make sense characterwise.
Don't get me started on heroine's art and the whole story with the gallery (and the gallerist)... Heroine's ex and hero's mother were two cartoonish evil characters who were evil for the sake of evilness.

Endless inner monologues, ramblings, pretentiousness, unnecessary scenes with side characters... Some conflicts were dropped without being resolved, while some other stuff was over described to death. There was more, but I'll stop here.

What I liked, was the way the heroine grew a backbone and the way the hero behaved toward heroine's ex at the end. That's about it.

A Gentle 4 STARS

Someone pass me a fan, this book uses the younger man and older women trope well (Dilek you were right), the trope is used without it feeling weird, which was a possibility, since Grayson (aka Gray) and Mia have known each other for years. The chemistry between the two was depicted well and sizzled off the page, Mia may be 38 and Gray 21, but age means nothing when it comes to how they feel about each other – they don’t just have hot chemistry, they also develop a strong bond of affection and love.

Things are able to develop between the two, because Mia’s husband Mark, who she has been married to for 2 decades, or there about, after a night where they’ve made love and he’s told her he loves her, Mark decides to tell her he wants a divorce. For 2 years, the ass, has been cheating on her with their son’s best-friend’s mother (the mother of Gray) – I know Mark sounds like a real catch. Mia is initially devastated and furious, since it’s out of the blue, but she starts to accept the new life she now has, and starts to be the best version of herself she can be. When Gray comes back from being abroad, for his mother’s and Mark’s delightful wedding, neither he nor Mia could guess where things would go.

What I love is Mia and Gray in no way get together due to wanting revenge against Mark and Gray’s mother, the middle finger they give the two is unintentional and all the more beautiful for it.

I do wish that the ending had been teased out, it felt somewhat abrupt, and I would have loved to see a snippet of their life together, after a couple of years had gone by. Also, I wasn’t keen on the small reference Gray made (in his thoughts) to the . Nevertheless, a good read I see myself picking up again at some point.

★★★ 3.5 Stars ★★★

This was a fun and easy read which I recommend if you are in the mood for something light but also sexy.

Mia is a recently divorced 38 year old woman who is finally starting to live her life again after being left by her husband of 20 years. Grey is 21 and having just returned from a year in Spain, he is looking forward to completing his senior year in college. He is also the son of Mia's ex-husbands new wife, and Mia is his best friend Adam's mum! Not happy about the family's new dynamic, he has a disagreement with his mother and new step-father and ends up living with Adam and Mia.

After a year without seeing each other, It seems Grey has matured into a fine looking young man with a new outlook on life, bored with the conversations his peers are having he find himself extremely attracted to his best friends mum who after 9 months in the gym and a new makeover looks like his idea of heaven.

Mia struggles with her attraction to the man that she's known since he was a kid, but finally realises that it's her turn to live for herself.

I liked it, I thought Grey was a bit immature at first and the way he dealt with the break up with his girlfriend was a bit asshole-ish but he does acknowledge this fact so I didn't let it bother me too much. Overall I'd recommend it if you like the Older Woman/Younger Man and/or Forbidden Love plotline.

What's your best kind of revenge read? In my copious amount of reads this is my favourite revenge play against the bad people although it was unintentional, which makes it much better. I knew this book was going to be an interesting read I ended up throughly invested in this...I love the turn of events here.

When Mia's childhood sweetheart and husband of over 20 years cheats behind her back for two years with their son's bestfriend's mother, who happens to be her best friend, she was devastated. Adding more on Mia's husbands ugly self, he had sex with Mia the day before he filed divorce. She spend her life devoting to her son and husband, Mia is lost, angry and hurt. But she picks herself up focusing on herself, her son and dedicating to fulfil her dreams.

Grayson, Adam's best friend comes to attend his mother's wedding after spending a year in Spain. Gray comes out possessive and intelligent beyond his age. He doesn't like his mother marrying to a cheating person. Then there was a big fight with his step-dad, Mia's ex husband which leads to Gray getting kicked out. He stays in Adam's house with him and Mia.

Things start to change. Turns out Mia was Gray's childhood crush and she looks even more beautiful. Living with her under the same roof was getting hard to resist now that she is single. Mia was scared to be attracted to a much younger man, but hurdles out she was never more happier. Navigating all odds this hot, beautiful and loving couple heals and focuses on each other.

So, best revenge is to, revenge by being with the son of her best friend who took her husband...revenge that was not on purpose. It's the best way to "fuck you".

This was a fantastic book that had me hooked from the beginning. It's an older woman and younger man taboo romance, if you're searching for such theme, I recommend this!

Five sexy stars for MILF: Wrong Kind of Love!! Erin Noelle never ceases to amaze me anymore. In fact, I kind of expect awesomeness every time I start a new novel of hers. So MILF was definitely no exception.

I was hooked from the prologue and couldn't stop turning the pages. Grayson Daniels is... well, yumm. He's young, sexy, playful and possessive. He's determined to prove to Mia she's meant to be his. Mia is sweet, kind and learning who she is - a 38 year old woman who is beautiful, artistic, loving and sexy. After being a mother and wife only for over half her life, Mia is forced into starting her life over. Discovering oneself is never easy, but doing so at 38 years old proves to be a challenge that Mia is ready to take on.

I just adored MILF! It was unique, poetically written, as only Erin Noelle can, and incredibly beautiful. Erin shows us that life doesn't end at a certain age, that love doesn't fit into a box, it looks different to everyone.

Erin, you wowed me again. Thank you, for allowing me to read early but also for gracing us with your incredible talent.

A taboo love story, that spikes your heart rate tenfold and excites your senses.

Love knows no bounds and age is just a number.

Thirty-eight year old divorcee, Mia Sullivan finds herself in her prime, grappling with her new found freedom. Traversing her new life; learning her true self, after twenty years of being subservient to her cheating ex-husband. Her douchebag of a husband has been cheating on her for the past two years with her son's best friend's, mother. Not only has he ripped his own family apart, but he also rips his new family apart, when he gets into a brawl with his step-son, Grayson. Gray's mother chooses her new husband over her son.

Even though Mia is distraught over her recent singledom, she's more than keeping herself busy. Gyming it out, Mia is in the best shape of her life. When she was married, her husband always  put her down and was condescending to her. Never wanting her to follow her dreams of painting. Now with no a..hole husband around, Mia is free to paint. And paint she does. Mia finds herself the newest artiste to be exhibiting her work in a renowned art gallery.

Sexier and happier than ever, Mia's life feels complete. Until she allows Grayson to stay with them over the summer until he settles in and finds a job.

Returning home after spending a year studying in Spain, Grayson isn't happy that his return is for his mother's marriage to his best friend's dad. Even though he's happy for his mother, he can't believe she is a homewrecker. After an extremely chaotic altercation, Grayson finds himself homeless, and in less than good graces with his mother and new step-father.

With a new man in the house, things start to heat up when Grayson and Mia realize there is a forbidden attraction lurking. Soon starting an unorthodox relationship between his best friend's mother and himself.

I loved the way Erin Noelle showcased an older woman in her prime, loving her live and becoming a 'new' woman. The way her mind over analyzed this forbidden attraction, yet how Mia came to terms with having some fun, and finally living!  What Mia didn't expect, was to get a second chance at love.

Grayson, was the epitome of an immature boy becoming a mature young adult. The manner in which he handled situations and his thought process. He understood Mia's fragility, based on her past experiences, along with the intimate relationship Grayson had with the family growing up. What sealed the deal for me, what Grayson's intensity. I absolutely loved how he became possessive and jealous.

A wonderfully light and exciting read.

Reviewer for Nerdy Book Freak
Holy freaking amazballs! This book is freaking amazing, fantastic, brilliant, and just plain awesome! I started this book this afternoon after receiving it for the blog tour, but I couldn't wait for my day to post my review because I just wanted to let the world know how much I adored this story. It has a sexy kinda taboo that you can't help but want to continue to find out what's going to happen.I literally had to force myself to stop reading so I could make dinner, it was just that engaging. In all honesty I don't want to say anything other then read this book when it goes live on January 15th. Erin has never steered me wrong and this book has become one of my favorites for 2015 so far! So if you enjoy a hot read with a sexy guy and a hot Milf you will love love love Milf wrong kinda love. 5 Stars is not enough for this one!

TITLE: MILF: Wrong Kind of Love
AUTHOR: Erin Noelle
GENRE: New Adult
RELEASE DATE: January 15th 2015
MY RATING: ★★★★

Holy shit this was scorching hot!! I've never read anything by this author before (more fool me) love her writing style, the flow of the story, wasn't in bad taste like I initially thought it would be with the subject matter..And I will definitely be reading more of this authors books..Nice quick hot read!! I'm usually a fan of dark gritty biker, fighter books so this was definitely left field for me..

Mia
The man I'd loved since I was sixteen, and the father of my son, and my best friend for more than two decades ended our relationship when he'd been f*cking my best friend behind my back for 2 solid years.

Whatever is happening between us right now is only a passing fling, He's probably living out some MILF fantasy.

Celeste is a husband - stealing whore and Mark is a lying, cheating bastard.

NOTHING IS MEAN'T TO LAST FOREVER

Grayson
A twenty one year old hotty
My sexual taste buds are maturing and my palate now craves a more comples, more exquisite flavor - a flavor that only the hot little MILF who sleeps down the hall can fulfill

UNO

5 E.P.I.C STARS!

EFFIN LOVED IT! #GRAYSONisMINE #MoveOverMia

Warning: Serious not so serious review follows

It took me a while to write a review about this book. If you’ve been following my reviews (which I doubt – hehe) then you will know that I don't really review books in a typical manner, like summarizing etc. That’s not my style. My reviews are always about how the book/story affects me, and the emotions they evoke.
So let me start my "ramblings".
MILF: Wrong Kind of Love taboo right? I know some readers will not be comfortable reading this if you’re going to judge the title of the book itself. What you don't know is there's a GEM, a great message coming from this story, if you will only keep an open mind when reading it.
A MILF - is any mother (mothers - whether married, separated or divorced) that is sexually desirable.
Cougar - a slang term that refers to a woman who seeks sexual relations with considerably younger men. ABC News states that these women pursue sexual relations with people more than eight years younger than they are.

This book is all about the two words defined above. A story of Mia, a MILF/cougar who fall in love with her son's best friend, and son of her ex-husband's wife.
Through this story Erin Noelle shows that in this type of relationship there's really something about every couple (Mia and Grayson) that makes sense once you get to know them, and how family acceptance is really important in this type of relationship. This book will definitely open your eyes with the reality that has been going on in our society as Mia said in the book: "FALLING IN LOVE IS QUITE POSSIBLY the strangest, most senseless, overwhelmingly reckless act we as humans do in our lives. It happens so effortlessly, so naturally, that most of the time we don’t mean for it to happen, but once we realize it for what it is, it’s too late to be undone."
When we fall in love with someone, AGE doesn’t really matter. Our society may be uncomfortable with it, but you shouldn't let the society dictate your own happiness, because at the end of the day when you go home to the one you love it will never be uncomfortable at all.

Cielo ⭐️

Hot damn, this was awesome! Truth be told, it’s my first ever MILF novel, so I have nothing to compare it too, but it doesn’t matter. I loved it so fucking much!

The story is simple. Thirty-eight year old Mia just divorced her husband, after learning he has been having an affair with one of her friends, the mother of their son’s best friend. 🤦🏼‍♀️
Long story short, that said son comes to live with Mia and his friend and this is the moment where you need to buckle up, because things will get really, really, really, REALLY hot!

What I loved most about this book, besides the story itself, was how mature was the hero for his twenty-two years. I wasn’t expecting a real man, an alpha man to the core, so sure of himself that bordered arrogance.

“I’m not sharing you with anyone, Mia. Know that right fucking now. I can’t and I won’t. So you let me know. Are you in, or are you out?”

There’s also the hotness part of everything. Let me tell you something, that man had some serious skills, ladies! Not only did he turned me on, but he also made me fall in love each time he spoke to Mia in Spanish, calling her “mi cielo”.

“Get ready to count, Mia.”

“Funny how being bad can feel oh-so-good.”

First time reading anything by Erin Noelle, I’m sure it won’t be the last. She blew my mind with this story and I can’t wait to read more of her books. Big thanks to my sweet friend, Birjis for putting this one on my radar with her awesome review. 😘

It would be an absolute honor to have you as my guest on my blog too. Stop by anytime you want :)

You can’t help who you fall in love with. Right or wrong, the heart wants what it wants.
Summary:
After Mia’s husband leaves her for another woman after twenty years of marriage, she is shattered. After slowly picking up the pieces of her life Mia is doing what she has always wanted to do and that is paint. Her pieces are erotic and beautiful. Her son Adam who is applying for internships since he graduated college encourages her to take her anger and hurt out in the gym and that is exactly what she does and because of it, Mia is in the best shape of her life. The one thing she doesn’t expect is to find love again and she least expected to fall in love with who she does. Sometimes wrong is exactly right.
Mia is smart, beautiful and feisty. She is a wonderful mother and a great friend and I love how confident she can be but at the same time so vulnerable and completely 100% woman. Divorce is never an easy thing but her son Adam and the way he supports and protects her just melts my heart. He is a great person and was raised right.
Her sister Stella is corky and so loveable. I adore her mind and just fell in love with her humor.
Without spoiling anything… let’s just say I wouldn’t mind having what she ends up with. *Sighs* He is such a panty melter, sweet and protective. I love his alpha male side.
It is a story about finding yourself, believing in yourself and accepting what life has to offer. It is hard having to start over again because the only thing you knew, you learned when you were sixteen. Starting fresh is a blessing and a curse, a blessing because you can do and be what you want and NOTHING is holding you back and a curse because your security is shattered and your future is uncertain. That is what is wonderful about life, its unpredictable just like love.
Erin Noelle’s stories and character keep getting better and better. Aside from Surviving Us, this is by far one of my favorites from this author. She hit this one out of the ball park.

5 +++++++++ stars, omg

You guyssssssssss. This book. Omg.

I want to first thank Birjis because she was who recommended this freaking amazing out of this world amazing book to me. And yes, I used amazing twice because this book was/is beyond amazing!

"When you find your nothing, you'll know, and you'll be back."

It literally checks off on every single thing I love: age-gap? check; romantic and smutty? check; taboo? check.

"If nothing lasts forever, mi cielo, please say you'll be by nothing."

This book was just everything! The romance; the love between Mia and Gray; their sexual connection, just everything!!!!!

"Mi nada. Mi todo. Mi cielo siempre."

I don't even know what else to say, without spoiling the book to be honest, but do know this: this book is absolutely worth the reading. I devoured it in one sitting and I know I'll be rereading it soon because it was truly spectacular. It was truly a phenomenal reading. And the Spanish words in it? It just made it even sweeter to me.

Mia’s life revolved around her husband and son, Adam for twenty years. Getting pregnant young, getting married... her life took a backseat to her own dreams so she could focus on her family. The only problem is, that after twenty years of marriage – her husband lost focus. Mia’s life is nothing like it used to be, but at least for now she can focus on her dreams and desires.

Grayson grew up in the Sullivan household as he and Adam have been best friends growing up. But Grayson isn’t anything like the little boy he used to be. Returning home from a year in Spain, has left Gray wanting more than what other twenty-one year olds have to offer. The only problem, the woman he wants isn’t just his best friend’s mom... it’s his new stepdad’s ex-wife.... Yeah, you read that right.

I was ready for another Erin Noelle book. I admit that I was a little leery after her debut series sort of crushed me, and so I took my sweet time deciding on picking up another book of hers because, seriously... those wounds have not yet healed... at all. But I needed a different type of romance and figured a nearly forty heroine and a twenty-one year old hero was just what the doctor ordered.

I really enjoyed that Mia wasn’t perfect. She didn’t bounce right back after her cheating husband leaves, but she did move forward. Often times the wallowing phase is focused on when it comes to a story that starts off with a split, and I loved that Mia (although still angry and sad) didn’t dwell on the situation, but took it as a chance to find out what she needed to make her life her own.

Grayson was pretty perfect, but he did go all in pretty quickly and it wasn’t entirely clear as to what led him to that point so quickly. I would have loved to have had more time inside his head to see what it was that made him tick.

With a small dose of angst tossed in during the last portion of the story, it was a very enjoyable read that left me feeling all sorts of happy. But the one downside is that yet again, the story leading to the ending is done at a great pace, then suddenly the end is at light speed. This isn’t particular to this story – but for mostly all romance stories. I just really wish that after all the angst and time we took to get to an ending, that we’d have more time to enjoy it once we get there....

The title of the book says it all. Mia is a recently divorced 37 year old who is trying to get her life back together. The story should be uncomfortable to read given the taboo subject but from the start it was funny, sweet and hot.
I absolutely loved Greyson and I found myself rooting for the couple.
Erin Noelle has excelled herself with this book, although she is one of my favourite authors this is by far one of the best books she has ever written.
I'm hoping we get a follow up centered around Mia's sister Stella and Lynx her tattoo parlour.

***5 Forbidden Stars***
*Reviewed on Behalf of Give Me Books*

MILF was one hot read about forbidden love. When I started reading I didn't really know what to expect because of the blurb being so vague on details but the story was great.

Mia's ex-husband left her for another woman and it was actually one of her friends. After a lot of heartbreak and crying Mia is trying to move on without him. Through everything her 20-year old son, Adam, stays by her side and is always there for her.

Grayson has been studying abroad and comes back in time to come to his mother's wedding. She happens to be marrying Mia's ex-husband. Grayson and Adam have been best friends for a very long time and now they are going to be step brothers. As much as they like the sound of being brothers, they don't like that there parents are getting together.

When some things happen and Grayson ends up having to stay at Mia and Adam's house, the attraction Mia and Grayson share can't be denied. They both try to write it off at first because surely, it's nothing. As more time passes they realize that what they feel for each other can't be denied. Though they fear what will happen if Adam finds out.

This was a great book that had me cheering for the unconventional couple to live happily ever after. Even though they weren't your average pair, you could tell they were meant for each other. Though once the secret comes out will they be able to handle others knowing the truth? Can they handle Adam knowing?

This was the first book I have read by Erin Noelle, and it won't be the last.

to say i am traumatised is an understatement
so you see it all began when i thought what a good idea would it be to read books with the reverse age gap trope
BAD FUCKING IDEA

literally every book i came across with this trope had some immature manchild fuckboy who has been every girls wet dream boy ever since he was 14
and the fl’s are usually low self esteem, pick me, manic pixie dream girls who have never in their lives have a man satisfy them the way the barely legal manwhore does

now for some reason i thought that this book was different, lord was i wrong💀💀💀

the ml
-cheats on his gf of 2 years
- disrespects the OW he fucked while in europe and comments on how they’ve probably never heard of a bikini wax and were hairy freaks🤢
- proceeds to fuck said gf even while having feelings for the h then tells his friend aka the h’s son about how good it feels to finally get some smooth american pussy🤮🤮🤮
- but ofc gets jealous when sees h with a hot guy😷

the fl
- a spineless doormat
- has never had a decent partner in bed
- obviously looks as skinny and pretty as an 18 year old
- meets a better, hotter, more dependable guy but choses to go with the more toxic option🤧

the epilogue was honestly bullshit, you are telling me that the selfish manwhore suddenly turned into prince freaking charming and became a responsible guy, who was the perfect husband and father???🙄🙄🙄
their marriage wouldn’t have lasted 5 years
in reality he would’ve probably cheated on the fl and then eventually abandoned her after the thrill of being with “an older woman” expired, leaving her to raise another child all by herself
