Langston and Aven!!
Aven returned home when her dreams didn't work out for her. She turns to the only person who could help her out. Langston is reluctant to help Aven out but ends up giving her a job anyway because of what she did for him in the past. Running is usually how Aven handles situations in her life, but this time she runs right into the relationship that she should have been in fifteen years ago. Even though it's been a long time since Langston and Aven saw each other, the chemistry and emotional pull were still there between them. In the end, Aven was able to get her life together with Langston's support. This was a great second chance book that the author did a really good job writing.

cute
So this was a cute story. I loved the characters. I just feel like I was left with an unsolved mystery. I say this because Aven made it seem like the case wasn’t closed. Then the truth came out regarding what happened 15 years ago and it wasn’t mentioned again. Other than this and it being 3 weeks ago or over a month the story was enjoyable.

Sweet Story
The title of this book definitely describes the story within. I loved the characters and their past and future. Both trying to prove who they were and where they belonged.
