It's very much a how-to and the how-to is change,. it focuses o how we can make rapid changes in the direction, strategy or purpose of a company. So once again it is a business book though these ideas really apply to any post-COVID crisis management.
What can I tell you about me? I have written for Forbes, The Harvard Business Review, Wall St Journal and a few others. I think of my books as a way to start a debate with people. I really love detail and I love difficult topics like how to change.
