Private Lessons is a bit of a slow burn but definitely spicy, reverse harem about a college girl hell bent on achieving her goals to get her dream job after she graduates.

It took me about 100 pages into the book to form my unofficial opinion that Zoe, the FMC, was rather annoying. 😬 Don’t come for me! 😂 Not every character is for everyone.

I was left a bit confused and conflicted about this story. I’ve read quite a few of Stephanie Brother’s books and I genuinely like them, however this one was kind of “off” for me.
It felt like an author’s first book, not her most recent. 🤷🏻‍♀️
It read as disjointed and incomplete. There were jumps between certain scenes, like something happened between the characters and then boom, it’s two days later. When I come across books with these frequent gaps or jumps, to me it doesn’t read well. There’s a lack of flow, so it takes me out of the story. And correct me if I’m wrong, because I did skim a few scenes towards the end but was there a resolution to what was going on with Zoe’s sister??? Or is that the next book and that’s why nothing was resolved there?

With that being said, the ending felt unfinished and incomplete. I would’ve preferred more of a story about the characters after they left the resort. I also wish there was more depth to the characters, let me try and explain. You do get a brief backstory on each character but not enough to really sink into the character, does that make sense??? There’s more depth to Asher and Zoe, and Landon get’s his brief moment but Kai… not so much. I just wish I could’ve seen/felt/learned more about the characters.

Zoe is determined to be the best in the hospitality industry, she has one more semester of school and she has landed a great internship opportunity at The Fraser, a luxury ski resort. Zoe is all work, eager to learn and leaves very little room for down time. Asher attends the same school as Zoe, and gives her a ride to the resort. Asher is working on his culinary degree, he is in charge of The Fraser's kitchens while the regular chef takes the holidays off to be with family. We have a ski instructor, Kai and his twin brother, Landon that looks after the safety and maintenance side of the slopes. Three weeks of close shared quarters, fast paced work and catering to The Fraser's rich guest list. Fun needs to be had somewhere, somehow by someone. This story contains a great story, characters that have some depth and spine and of course, the adventure of attending Zoe's private lessons from her roommates. Enjoy!.

Wow! This story was great. The only thing I didn’t like about it was it left you on a cliffhanger kind of ending. Zoe is in her final year of studying a hospitality major and has talked her way into an management internship at an exclusive resort, she meets Asher, who is a chef and also attends the same college as Zoe, Landon who works in ski patrol at the resort and his twin brother Kai who is a ski instructor. Things start of rough at first with Asher, they settled into a friendship of sorts and then Zoe wants them to give her instructions on intimate relations. They all develop feelings for Zoe and she for them, and then she realises that she doesn’t have to choose. The story leaves us on cliffhanger when Zoe and Asher Outback at school again, Asher says that the twins were coming, when Zoe opens the door. it’s her sister and friend, Mia. That’s how the story ends.

Hot, sexy and fun

Multiple 1st person pov, mostly Appalachian mountains, US. Mostly HEA, but clearly the beginning of the relationship story. 2 peppers spice, some mention of kink, but only verbal/planned. This was a fun, slightly different holiday romance. Zoe managed to snag an internship at a 5 star mountain resort that caters to the rich. Her surly schoolmate is head chef for the holidays, and her ride up to the resort. They don’t get along. At the resort she discovers her supervisor resents her presence, and doesn’t want her there at all. The ski instructor is hot, but that’s not what she’s there for, and seems at times all hot and then almost as if he doesn’t know her. Then she meets the 1 guy who makes up the ski patrol. It’s delicious RH, sorta enemies to lovers, he falls first, or harder, or at least is willing to admit it. A fantastic holiday read if you want something less holiday focused, but still appropriate for the season.

Private Lessons follows Zoe on her quest to complete an internship for graduation. What she didn't expect to find was that the manager in charge of her doesn't want her there, but also three new boyfriends. Zoe's boss keeps sending her on meaningless tasks just to get rid of her. First up, ski lessons with the hot new ski instructor. Sparks fly as Zoe attempts to learn to ski under Kai's instruction. When moving into her new room for the internship, she finds out that she is staying not only with Kai, but with Landon his twin and Asher, whom she already met and has mutual dislike with. Of course as time goes on chemistry builds and that dislike starts turning to like, and into very different lesson's with three men and Zoe.

Private Lessons is a standalone book in the roommates series (which I've only read a couple of books from). In this book Zoe (FMC) gets an internship at an upper class ski lodge. Her ideal job but complications come in the form of her roommates - Chef Asher who forms an instant dislike to her and twin brothers - Kai and Landon. Kai is the out-going, flirty ski instructor twin and Landon is the quiet, sweet twin. When Zoe gives their all a proposition that brought up all sorts of steaminess for all of them. I loved their dynamic and the relationship each guy had with Zoe. This was another great addition to this series with characters that I liked.

Private Lessons is a super steamy and addictive reverse harem romance set at a winter ski lodge. The heroine is focused on her future but ends up sharing close quarters with three very different (and very tempting) men—each bringing their own heat, charm, and emotional depth. The chemistry is intense, the spice is plentiful, and the characters feel distinct and engaging. This was a quick, fun read with just the right balance of steam and heart. Another fantastic read from Stephanie! First off, I loved the setting and world building. Zoe is a little too focused on her goals. As a previous 23 y/o virgin I can say that😅 She forgets to live a little and be less judgmental of others who have already "gotten more education" in certain aspects. She decides to be brave and go after Kai, her hot ski instructor, Landon, his hot identical twin of the snow patrol and Asher the hot nemesis chef. Needless to say, sexy chaos and heat ensue in the sweetest of ways. I really enjoyed this read and the unexpected NO that never happens in these stories. It made me love it even more. There was a tenderness to this book, and I loved the ending. 😍

Zoe lands an internship at a high-end resort for her college winter break. Her ride up is terrible when the student, whose also there for winter break, who drives her up is ice cold. Asher has an issue with Zoe, going back a couple years. As a chef, he knows his stuff, and Zoe appreciates that about him. Kai is a ski instructor living in the same temporary housing as Zoe and Asher. Kai’s twin brother, Landon, works ski patrol. Zoe has never taken the time to explore with the opposite sex during college, she’s been all schoolwork, but her attraction to her three roommates could prove to be beneficial. This is a cute and sexy story, with humor and lots of emotion. Good story!

Zoe is interning at a ski resort where she meets Asher (a fellow intern), Kai and Landon. Zoe is an over-achieving student focused on graduation and the guys help to loosen her up. Each of the guys have a unique personality the adds to the overall story. This is a bit of a slow burn and doesn't pick-up until about half way through but then it is OTT steamy. Loosely connected to the other books through periphery characters but no need to ready any others in the series.

Private Lessons is book 4 in the College Roommates series by Stephanie Brother. This is the story of our FMC, Zoe, and her men. This story was Amazing as always when it comes to Stephanie's work. The enemies to lovers trope was PERFECTION between Zoe and one of her men. Who wouldn't want a three hotties for themselves especially when they are all different and offer a variety of "NEW" things. I devoured this story and that ending, whew. I can't wait to see what Stephanie comes up with next.

What a fun read! Three men and the woman they are destined to have.

The plot was well written and developed. World building was solidly drawn. The characters drove the storyline and they were so very appealing and likeable and perfectly steamy together. Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend.

This was another fun and spicy read by this author. Zoe may be an overachiever but she never expected to find herself locked on three different guys, at the same time...and that she wouldn't have to choose ;P I loved the chemistry between her and the guys and couldn't wait to see them work their way together. I really enjoyed how this romance unfolded and am hoping for a bonus story to see them together in the future. Good fun!

Hey, if there was anyone you could ask for private lessons from, why wouldn't you pick these 3 ;) Though they may get more than they bargained for when they realize it's more than just physical. They're building a friendship and finding themselves along the way, but what happens when the internship ends?
