The most comprehensive book you will read on this subject. There have been some subtle changes to the tax law concerning 1031 Exchanges since this book was released in 2005, however, the fundamentals and outline are the same. This guide is a great starting point for anyone seeking to understand how this works, and want to defer taxes by transferring to newer and larger property.
