Frustrated by their constant surveillance, Maddie signs up for Wild Steps, a fantasy fulfillment service where masked strangers chase and claim her in the dark. But when the masks come off, she discovers her bodyguards have been playing her all along. Betrayal, anger, and a whole lot of steamy tension as Maddie navigates her complicated feelings for the men sworn to protect her, even if they lied to get close to her.
The book is packed with heat, possessive energy and mixed feelings. The spice in the book is steamy and the chase scenes, power dynamics and group dynamics are intense. Loved that two guys where also “boyfriends”.
Look, I get why the bodyguards lied (safety, control, etc.), but the lack of communication got old fast. Maddie’s anger is totally valid, and the way the guys justified their actions without fully addressing the breach of trust left a bad taste in my mouth. I wanted more groveling, more emotional resolution.
A quick, dirty read when you’re in the mood for bodyguard romance, chase scenes, and possessive energy. Just don’t expect deep emotional payoff, this one’s all about the heat and the drama.

Another great Masked Men read from Jaye.
As always this book is fast paced, deliciously spicy and has the perfect amount of tension.
This time we are dealing with Maddie and her 3 body guards; Ace (the sensible one), Vander (the silent broody one) and Rhodes (the funny cheeky one).
When Maddie decides she needs some freedom after being lumped with ANOTHER bodyguard due to her brother’s fame (and a crazy stalker) she decides to enlist Wild Steps to help. But little does she know that the 3 men who want to keep her safe, also want her to themselves. And so they step in, wearing the masks, doing the chasing and providing multiple… Os 💥 What ensues is unbelievably hot but of course also devastating when Maddie finds out who the men are and the secret they’ve been keeping from her. Despite this, there is a beautiful and sexy HEA ❤️
I really enjoyed the different settings of each chase and as always the dynamic between the men was awesome. It’s always more fun when two of the FMCs boyfriends are also boyfriends together :p
Overall I throughly enjoyed this and looked forward to the next book in the series!

Wow! This book was so short but it really packed a punch. The smut was “chefs kiss” the story line was great however it kind of seemed like I was missing some information about the FMC stalker situation and how Ace and Vander became her body guards. It didn’t affect the story not having this information included but it did make me want to know more about the characters. Rhodes character seemed to have a little more information attached and that helped me understand how he came to be part of the story. This is a MMFM story and I loved the whole idea. I liked how there was at least a story line to go with the smut which made it seem more interesting. All together I really liked this story for a short read.

Maddie is one lucky girl 😮💨 she’s the sister of a rockstar and she gets a stalker (not the lucky part lmao) bc of this she now has three bodyguards. but that’s not all, Maddie wants to live out her fantasy of having masked men chase and ✨take✨her. eventually she learns that those masked men are also her bodyguards 🤭 Ace, Rhodes and Vander are amazing, they each bring something different to the group. Ace with his dominance, Rhodes with the best banter and Vander with his silent longing. Maddie fits perfectly with them, the submission, banter and so much care for them. i swear Jaye never disappoints, i loved this 🖤

First of all who does not LOVE a masked men Dark Romance?
Second, I absolutely love that her bodyguards did this!!!! Those men are hooked and needed to be with her 24/7 regardless of her having a stalker. This is def. a they all fell first romance.
She may not have known who the masked men were but on a deep level she had to sense it in order to feel as safe as did with them. She wanted the thrill and danger but also needed to feel safe and they gave her that and ALOT more too.
Highly reccomend to my dark girlies who want three sexy men to chase at night through places like a park, warehouse oh and maybe he5 own apartment too.
This gets spicy pretty quickly and just keeps you on the spicy-coaster the rest of the ride!!! Loved it!!!

This book was sooooo good! There’s just something about Jaye Pratt’s writing style that makes these books so easy to read.
The story was so engaging from the beginning. I never knew I needed a spicy bodyguard novella in my life until now.
I just can’t get over how good this book was. I actually have no words. Jaye you have done a fantastic job with this one🫶🏻

Wow, this was hot and steamy. Our FMC Maddie has a stalker so her father hires 3 bodyguards to protect her. Maddie hates this and ends up signing up to an anonymous website that caters to your fantasies.
The bodyguards hated the idea of having to watch her with strangers so they decide to be her masked men. As time goes on they all start to get feelings.
Will she find out her masked men are really her bodyguards???? you will have to pick this up to find out lol.
Honestly though this is so bingeable with under 200 pages you will fly through this, i highly recommend

Jaye Pratt does it again, created another hot steamy masked men novella! I am completely addicted to this series! The characters are just wonderful. I couldnt put this down even if I tried...which I didn't btw. Hot bodyguards protecting their client and falling for her? Yes please! And side characters that stand out? Absolutely, I was enamoured with Kade and Finn despite what little scenes they had. Rhodes, Ace and Vander are completely addictive. I wouldn't be able to choose between them either. Please keep these novellas, coming because I seriously cannot get enough of them!

I absolutely ate this up in one sitting. Great characters, excellent flow, and a plot that was engaging detailed and just so so goooood!

What can I say? if you like why chose and masked men then you should really be checking out this book and all the others in her masked men series.
Jaye writes in a way that you can't just put the book down she lets you feel the emotions and feel the banter.

I love this masked series of novellas. They are all stand-alone reads, nice and quick, and filled with the right amount of spice. I thoroughly enjoyed this instalment and I hope there's more to come. I'd like to read Kane's story if possible.

3 hot masked Bodyguards? Yes please! I love that each MMC has different core personalities traits and would have loved to see these traits played into a little more. The spicy scenes were hot and the tricks used to hide the masked men's identities was very clever.
