Very simplistic
This book feels like it was a vanity project. The advice given is very generic and doesn’t come from a place of deep authority on the subject. For example, when talking about teaching new employees, the author talks about giving the “what” and “why” when teaching a procedure. While this may be true, there is no pedagogical science explained for his reasoning. As a matter of fact, the entire book betrays the teaching method it prescribes by giving a lot of “what’s” without giving a lot of “why’s”.
