As a late, self-diagnosed autistic woman, this book was very helpful. The vignettes and exercises for self-discovery were particularly powerful.
My main complaint is that the first half of the book is very repetitive, to the point where I was skimming quite a bit.
But, overall, I'd definitely recommend this to any late-diagnosed autistic women out there.
