My thoughts/feelings while reading - lots of quotes included (May have spoilers) :) -
0% Really need to get these books off my shelf! Gonna try n start this one later :)
11% For someone that always said I’d never get tied down, my opinions on that matter had changed drastically. I was ready to have my woman at home, where we could fill our house with the sounds of little feet running around
I really like that Shalan changed his opinion on love - he never believed in it till her n i love that :D
25% “All’s fair in love and Mitchell’s, darlin’.” I’d been hearing that since he’d asked me to move in. It was his way of reminding me that their antics were never going to cease.
Haha practical jokes are part of the Mitchell family way haha :)

Literally they spent every second together, on the field and off. I could see our family’s two football stars going in different directions.

75% Uncle Ty did his best to keep them apart, even if it was using Jax’s girlfriend to make it happen. I didn’t know much about it, but from what I could see the new girl was causing all kinds of problems for the once inseparable brothers.
Yep this is definitely leading into the twins books - they seem like they're gonna be a interesting (and hopefully good) read :)

100% Only in books could it be Christmas in August haha :D I really enjoyed this novella! It was great to see noah n Shalan finally get married - it was also a great lead it to Jake and jaxs books! They look like they're gonna be good :) these books are usually pretty mediocre for me but I enjoyed this one a lot more then I was expecting! Maybe because it was shorter or I was more in the mood for this type of book I don't know but I really enjoyed it :) 4 stars - I don't feel like I can give it 5 coz its so short but definitely a solid 4 stars!

What a cute little novella by one of our favorites, J4. Just like her previous Mitchell Christmas novella, Jenn made us laugh, swoon, cry and we got to get back in touch with the whole family.
Thanksgiving and Christmas hosted on the Mitchell family ranch is sure to be a interesting, fun family packed event. This year it's Shalan and Noah who are hosting, things are definitely going to get interesting. The whole family is coming to celebrate Thanksgiving, and you know what that means when Tyler and his boys are around!
Shalan is so happy to be home, decorating and hosting Christmas but most of all spending time with her sexy as sin man. She’s been contemplating how hard its going to be going back out on the road again after spending so much time with Noah. After family dramas have kept their wedding postponed, Shalan isn't in the place she thought she’d be.
Noah loves Shalan more than anything and would do anything for her. The one thing he hasn't been able to do is make Shalan his wife, he wants a ring on her finger and carrying his last name before she heads back on tour. But, after everything his sisters have been through there is no way they could have gone ahead with a wedding.
It wouldn't be a true Mitchell/Healy Thanksgiving and Christmas without secrets, pranks and competitiveness. The laughs, the tears and the precious family bonding will remind you why you fell in love with this family in the first place. This novella had it all. We wish we could say more, but afterall it is a novella, we don't want to spoil it. A fantastic read from one of our favorite families, we both wish we could be part of this amazing family.

I bought and read this novella as part of the “All I Want” Christmas Anthology.
Noah & Shalan’s wedding has been postponed 3 times since they set the original date, due to Mitchell family drama. First, Isabella got pregnant. She wanted to be able to participate in the wedding and not have to have Shalan redesign/choose a different bridesmaid dress for her. Second, Noah’s youngest sister Addy was in a real bad way with drugs, presumably, and was being sent to rehab. Lastly, Noah’s sister Christian had been attacked and raped while at college and there was no way that they wanted to plan a big, happy, lavish wedding while Christian was struggling to overcome.
Both Noah & Shalan wanted to be married sooner rather than later. Noah would have been fine with going to the courthouse and being married by the Justice of the Peace, but Shalan wanted a grand affair. With her celebrity status, their wedding would also catch major publicity. Noah is bound and determined to give her exactly what she wants this Christmas and wants it to be a surprise! But more than just Noah has a surprise for Christmas.
We see the whole Mitchell-Healy clan in this book, with an emphasis on the older cousins, Noah & Shalan, Isabella & Rusty and the twins Jake & Jax. And the prank wars continue!!

The two best Christmas surprises
I know I'm a bit behind on getting these books read and as my daughter told me it is too late to be reading Christmas stories, but I disagree -- anytime is a perfect time! I even leaned a few new pranks -- not that I will be doing any, but they are funny as heck to read about. And now a bit about the story...
Noah and Shalan have postponed their wedding three times now. The holidays are just around the corner and then she leaves for her tour. At this rate she isn't sure if they will ever make it down the aisle. What she doesn't know is Noah has a big surprise for her. Will her Christmas surprise for Noah be just as good?
Favorite passages:
- I still wondered which one of them got the brains. It was always difficult to tell.
- It made me want to get married immediately, as if I could call Noah over from working with the animals to come say our vows. I didn’t even care if he smelled like manure.
- The pastor leaned forward. “It must have been from all that kissing.”

Read as part of the anthology All I Want. Noah and Shalan's HEA, a catch up on Isabella and Christian, with a glimpse toward Jake's story. A treat for sure of series fans, but I still can't get into the author's chic lite style ;) 3 stars because it's a Christmas themed read!

Awwww! This was such a sweet & funny holiday novella! I loved that it was about Noah & Shalan but still had all the family involved. There were secrets, pranks, tears & a whole lotta happy going on. Its always a fun time when the Mitchell’s & Healy’s get together.

Oh my! What a wonderful and heartwarming story. I love Noah and Shaman, they ate the cutest couple and I am so happy that everything turned out the way it was beautifully panned. I had tears of joy and was laughing at Al the crazy antics the Mitchell's play on each other. Another awesome book in this fantastic series, I am already to start my next book in the series. Thank you Jennifer Foor for giving us great books about a loving and caring and yes a family full of hot sexy men. A must read for your reading list.

Shalan and Noah keep finding themselves putting their wedding on hold. One thing after another keeps getting in the way of their "I do's". Noah takes matter into his own hands and comes up with a surprise wedding. Shalan has some news of her own that she wants to share so it is a big surprise for both of them when their day comes. It was a nice, quick read and made Noah seem that much better as a romantic.

This is a brilliant novella. I am loving this series more and more.
This was a nice way to make certain characters got what they should have although I know they will be in other books, it was also a good way to lead into the next book which I am excited about.

Short and sweet
I wish this book was longer!! Just when you think you can't fall more in love with Noah, he proves you wrong. After having to postpone the wedding a few times, Noah makes sure Shalan gets a Christmas present she will never forget.

I've read this series from the beginning and can't get enough of them. I'm glad to see Noah and Shalan got married and have a bun in the oven. I'm also glad February 8th is that around the corner.
