Like all guides to software packages, this book has dated. I puchased it in about 2015 and it was up to date then. But we have now moved on 10 years and software (and hardware) stands still for no man (or woman)......and this book is dated. Still, much of the principles remain the same. I use Drop box all the time but I've never put in the effort to understanding how to use it to greatest advantage and I'm still stumbing around using the version in the iMac or switching to the web version...without clearly understanding what I'm doing. I really will have to start applying some of the principles outlined in this book. I think he's done a pretty good job with the content. But the layout in the electronic (Kindle) version that I have is a shambles. Headings on one page and then nothing until the next page etc. Still, it is more or less readable even if it's not a great reading experience. Happy to give the book 4 stars ...and maybe I should look up and obtain the latest version......though I haven't really had much use for their latest development such as group work etc. I just need a filing-storage system...where I can occasionally share something. Four stars from me.

A quick guide that gives the basics of Dropbox. I especially liked the suggestions on how to organize photos, share folders and set up folders to to maximize productivity. Dropbox is a must-use app for me.
