A Scam presentation of almost nothing!

I bought this Kindle book this morning. As a 79 year old I need gentle exercise. I already walk my dog twice a day. But I have seen ads showing ribbed older guys who supposedly got their fit form from Tai Chi walking.

If I could just move a few steps to a fitter form and posture I would be happy. I hoped this book would help.

Sadly, not!

At 150 pages I thought there must be substantial content.

But, each page has less than 50 words on it. Line drawings of a standing person are given a whole page... And that drawing is repeated in later pages.

I smimmed through the "book" in about 10mins, and don't think I missed anything!

I guess this scam "book" took just a few days to create.
Clearly just created to suck in money from the naive Kindle readers like me. Such scam books should be banned. Please do so Amazon, Kindle...

AVOID!!!

Wonderful!

Great exercises in this book. Easy to start out and gradually improve range of motion, balance, and self control. It has you start out with a chair first which is great for anyone with limited motion. Poses are illustrated well and easy to follow. Would also be a good gift for parents/grandparents.

The book is titled weight loss. Found very little in here to help with actual weight loss. I already knew how to walk. Somewhat disappointed. Also says 10 minutes a day. This too is misleading. Some days it says walk 30 minutes. Now to begin my search again for a book that really helps me reach my goal.

It is a rather basic book.

I thought this book would teach me something new. It gave a stretching routine then as far as I understood the next step was to go walking. Edit
