Rosetree's system of Empath Empowerment really changed my life. It's ridiculously easy and actually makes you more normal and more effective in life -- as compared to other Empath books and techniques that I tried and which shall remain nameless! (Many seem to want to turn Empaths into victims, when in reality we have a talent. A lot of people with talent have a hard time handling it for a while. It's not something to wail over. Just get skills.)
There is a full length version of this book and this "Quick & Easy" version.
The first time through, I opted to go the route of using the full-length edition:
The Empowered Empath: Owning, Embracing, and Managing Your Special Gifts
I didn't want to miss out on anything, and Rosetree's books are all quality, no filler.
The Quick & Easy version has all the most important bits, though. And I can see how it could be a good strategy to read Quick & Easy first, then read the more in-depth edition when you want more.
There is a full length version of this book and this "Quick & Easy" version.

Such an important book! The second book in Rose Rosetree's Empath Empowerment series, you are introduced to some very essential skills in becoming a Skilled Empath. I can't recommend this book, and the others in the Empath Empowerment series enough. Thank you, Rose Rosetree!

I love this book!
For empaths who want a quick and easy approach to a empath empowerment, this book is for you.
Rose Rosetree helps people to understand what it means to be an empath and why it's so important to get skills. She presents simple but powerful techniques for developing a strong sense of self and turning empath gifts OFF.
She describes fifteen different types of empath gifts, how they can be useful and wonderful, and also how empaths can suffer until they get skills. I could so relate! Becoming a skilled empath has changed my life in so many wonderful ways.
This book is fun to read and easy to understand. I highly recommend it.

It was wonderful to re-read The Empowered Empath - Quick & Easy. This book (and this series) truly teach effective skills for empaths.

Filled with important skills for empaths to be more effective in the world, get along better with others, and have a stronger sense of self.

Do not skip this book, I almost did and I would have regretted it. Sometimes, my excitement to learn and my desire to challenge myself can distract me from something quicker, easier, and very important. Perhaps you are the same way? I would encourage you to decide for yourself, but please consider my advice and read this book before the third book in the “Empath Empowerment” series. There is a reason Rose recommends this one before it, and I think I understand why.
While I am very excited to learn in even greater detail about my empath gifts, this book taught me some very important skills that have greatly improved my quality of life. Now, while I continue to practice those skills daily, I can take my time to slowly read and analyze the nuanced information in the lengthier book, “The Empowered Empath: Owning, Embracing, and Managing Your Special Gifts.”
So please, decide for yourself, but I highly recommend reading this book as soon as it makes sense for you to do so.
