I thought I knew the parables, but I didn't realize how many have similarities to each other with a slight twist to the story. Jesus loved setting his stories at parties or weddings. His parables are stories to capture not just our attention, but our imagination.
This book helped me deep dive into each parable and understand it according to my life, especially in regards to my own God given gifts and talents. I want to multiply my talents, not hide them so they cannot grow.
The author writes in a way that is easy to understand and decipher certain meanings that may have been common for Jesus's time in history.
