Elodie is a foster kid that aged out and got kicked out, now she tries to find her place in life. After a year of working and penny pinching she takes a break on a construction site where she sleeps in her car. That's when Garner finds her and saves her. Garners cougar instantly knows she is his fated mate and he vows to keep her safe for the rest of her life. Insta love, sweet, romantic , steamy and totally safe (fated mates- both of them virgins) with an awesome HEA and absolutely no drama😍😍😍😍

Jumped into this shifter series way of the deep end, but I can't wait to go back and read all of the other stories. Shifters are my adult reading origin story and this steamy novella gave me all of the fated mate feels. I love how resilient and strong Elodie is and she sure is going to need it to handle life with a Cougar.

This was a novella about Elodie and Garner.
Elodie is lost in the world. She grew up in the foster care system and when she was 18 and had graduated, she had to leave the house she was living in with no plans or anything but her clothes, few keepsakes and a little money she had saved.
She went to big cities and small towns and found she really liked the small towns better. As she came into her new small town, she stopped at a diner and asked if they were hiring. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) they weren’t..so she decided to sleep in her car for the night…before moving on.
Little does she know, picking the spot she did will change her life forever.
Garner owns a construction company with his family and is out checking on things when he smells a scent and has to see what it is..and he finds Elodie asleep in her car.
He knows she is meant to be his forever..his fated mate but she’s a shy and timid woman afraid of what tomorrow might bring.
Can Garner prove to her that she might have just found her place in the world?? Will he be able to prove to her that he will protect her no matter what? Will she take the leap?

I have been waiting for Garner to find his mate ever since he was mentioned in ‘Her Grizzly’ and this story did NOT disappoint! Elodie was just a girl that has been through a rough life and was trying to find her place in the world, her forever home and she found that in Garner. 🥹 She felt safe with him but even more, she felt seen and heard. 🥹 This cougar shifter wouldn’t let anything or anyone bring harm to his mate 👏🏽 Their love is fierce and soul deep. I loved every minute of it. ❤️
Getting inside the mind and heart of the cougar shifter that was constantly going out of town for work— was as good as I knew it would be.

I am so excited that we are getting more from the Wilderness Pack!!!! Elodie has been on her own her whole life. Dropped off at a fire station as a newborn, she has been shuffled from foster home to foster home. Now that she has aged out of the foster system, she is truly on her own. She sets out on to find her place in this world.
Garner is a cougar shifter and a member of the Wilderness Pack. When he senses Elodie for the first time, he realizes she is his fated mate. I love how he senses immediately that she needs to feel safe and he does everything in his power to do just that. Elodie doesn't understand her draw to Garner and why she feels so connected after only just meeting him.
I love how she embraced his cougar and their connection. As always with Fiona, there was definite chemistry and heat between these two. We also got to see some favorites from the previous books in the series. Perfect quick read. I can't wait for Booker's book next!

I loved this low drama, but lots of chemistry, fated mates book. Another addition to the shifters series and we get to see Garner find his mate in Elodie, a human with no family. I loved how they seemed to ground each other and how Elodie trusted Garner with everything. Even when it came to explaining he was a shifter, she was so understanding and allowed him to speak without freaking out. I felt like you could really feel the loving connection and that mate bond between them in this one. There was some steamy scenes for sure, but even without that you felt the love. The found family is something I always love about the pack life, and they really adopted Elodie right away and gave her that sense of belonging. No cheating or OM/OW drama, a little suspense but low drama, dual virgins, dual POV, HEA and 2 adorable epilogues in the future. Can’t wait to see what trouble awaits Booker and his mate and how the pack circles around them to help!

Good to see that this Shifted Love series is back. Garner and Elodie was insta fast and sweet. After aging out of foster care with no where to go Elodie moved around trying find her place in the world. Instinct told her to stop in this new town. After eating and trying to get a job at a diner she decided to leave. She decided to stop for the night and rest before leaving. Garner was out checking out his construction site when his cougar alerted him to a smell so sweet that he realized that the smell belonged to his fated mate.
Tracking her down made his world feel right for the first time. After an accident with one of his equipment he realized that he needs to protect his mate. Garner is just like his pack brothers when it comes to their mates. Another great addition to this series, keep them coming.

I enjoy Fiona Davenport books and I'm new to her shifter series, but each cabln be read as a standalone, but negate) because their Interconnected with interlinking characters you can get a sense of previous storylines.
Garner is a cougar shifter, who finds Elodie one morning sleeping in her car on the outskirts of his land. While there's minimal drama between the two, a company is out to push Garner off his construction site to last claim to it, and Elodie maybe the way they do it.
If you enjoy steamy scenes, dual pov, dual Virgins, shifter romance, fated mates, no cheating, no angst, no cheating, no third act breakup, HEAs you'll enjoy this.

This was a good book. I enjoyed Elodie and Garner story. Elodie has a rough life and doesn’t depend on anyone but her self and does not want connections. Enter Garner who find her sleeping in her car and one sniff Garner knows Elodie is his mate. Garner has to ease his way into Elodie’s enter circle but for once Elodie doesn’t have her wall strong and Garner is able to slip in. These two has a mystery to solve while letting these connection and chemistry to grow strong. I enjoyed the HEA that these two got and I am looking forward to the next book.

I love this series by FD. i received an advanced copy. It is great to catch up with the pack. This is a quick read with the fated mate as the most focus. It seemed like a quick read for me and the problem that was introduced seemed to be solved quickly. I can’t wait to read the next one. Hopefully it will lead to another pack because FD does shifters so well. #FionaDavenport

Love the Shifted Love series and so happy to see another book in this series be released. This story focuses on Garner, the cougar shifter of the Wilderness Pack. I loved this story so much. Garner was so sweet and Elodie went through so much at such a young age. The two together were just a perfect fit. Love me a sexy cougar shifter. I am loving shifter books because of Fiona Davenport.

Where has this series been my whole life!!!!! Now I MUST go back and read them all. This is a fantastic story of Garner and Elodie. I've always loved big cats and now I know why!! This was an awesome love story which included a place to call home and acceptance for Elodie. Loved it!

I really enjoyed reading this story. I liked how it brought in others from the previous books in this series. I loved how this story fit right in this series, but was its own story. Loved their epilogues!!
