Two lonely hearts... one mission to make a smash hit album.

Blake Daniels didn’t find fame until his late twenties, and the last two years have been a rollercoaster. He’s an acclaimed singer, the writer of beautiful love songs, and apparently the reason for several broken hearts. Right now, he needs to write the tracks for his new album, but he’s struggling with a severe case of writer’s block and family dramas he'd rather not have to endure.

Rose Dalton rose to fame as a young girl. The last ten years of her life have been strategically managed to keep her as the UK’s favourite pop princess, not a whiff of scandal about her. Except, Rose has deep secrets. There is a history with a man who could destroy her with one single interview, and a brewing family drama. Instead of facing her fears, Rose hides at a tiny seaside cottage, planning on coming back with a spectacular album.

Rose and Blake connect, both seeing the other as their ticket to the top of the charts and media darlings.

Two artists desperate to remain at the top of their game, both needing a spectacular album to blow away the critics, but can they write love songs when their own hearts are broken?

Roxie Holland grew up in the UK. As a quiet child from a busy family, she spent a lot of time reading anything she could get her hands on, and then started writing her own stories.

Now, she lives in the Midlands with her husband, two loud children and two even louder dogs.

Roxie likes to create and write about characters who are slightly flawed, perhaps a little broken, and endeavouring to create them all a wonderful 'happily ever after'.

When she isn't writing, she's either plotting stories, imagining new story lines, or reading.

It was lovely to see Blake's character growth from his arrogant playboy persona in 'Under the heartbreak', to the sweet and caring man he's become in this.
Blake is tired of the lies and drama that follow him and invade his privacy, and Rose is hurt by deceit and abandonment and wants to hide away from the world.
They both find solace in a hidden home away from all the drama and expectations, and begin to write their music together.

This is an emotional slow burn popstar romance, where friendship comes first, and it unpicks all the messy layers of humanity to the raw base.
There are darker topics, traumatic pasts, and struggles with identity, balanced by comfort and connection.
Blake is looking for inspiration, Rose is looking for peace and healing, and when they find each other they both gain a connection that enhances their music and lives.

I loved all the romantic imagery with beach walks, matching tattoos, cooking together, sweet nicknames, thoughtful gifts, and the beautifully poetic love songs.
I also loved how it weaved in other characters from the series, and showed their kindness and support.
This is an emotional journey of music, freedom and finding love.

"I've never loved anybody this fiercely. It burns brightly in me, the kind of love that has the power to run forever"

"This feels like transcendence, like our souls have fused together. I don't ever want to let go"

"I was desperate for inspiration. What I hadn't realised was that I was searching for her"

This was such a beautiful story. I love that Blake from Under the Heartbreak gets his own story. It gets dark in places and honestly the “bad guy” in this is absolutely a scumbag. I’m praying that he gets a proper comeuppance in the extra chapters or in another book. I love Rose and just wanted to give her a big cuddle.

Favourite quotes include:
I’m going to put my heart on the table and risk it, because I know it can give me the greatest reward.

I guess, what I’m trying to say, is that sometimes, life can seem bleak and rubbish, but you’ll find your way through. Not only that, sometimes what you end up with is more wonderful than what you had.

Do you truly move on if every time you sing, it takes you back to that emotional state?

This was a very sweet and steamy book. I really enjoyed that it was based on two musicians. It was different for me as I don’t normally read any based on this. But it felt musically emotional if that makes sense…it was the type of book that you associate different songs with different feelings. And the way these two came to be was great. I really enjoyed it.

Holy moly. First of all, make sure you check the trigger warnings. Somehow when I started my ebook it skipped over the TW page and wheww it got intense there. (as a side note I feel like there was a TW that should have been listed and wasn't, related to another TW).

This book was a bit slow to start off but STICK WITH IT! It's worth it. Blake and Rose are both famous musicians who need to get away, from everything. Rose has secrets she's keeping that leave her on edge, clammed up, and with nightmares. Some of her chapters are in the present, and some are in the past, slowly revealing bits of information until it all of a sudden your stomach drops with absolute dread. Blake... well, he really is the "golden boy" Thoughtful, considerate, caring. He is pretty much always calm and collected, easy going. He likes to keep his personal life private, except the media is having a hard time with that. After a series of unfortunate articles, he deeply just wants to be "another face in the crowd" for a bit.

Both musicians have toxic family relationships, and are struggling with writing any new music after their tours end. On a whim while in hiding, Rose asks her stylist if she can get her connected with Blake (as said stylist is married to Blakes manager). Upon meeting, Rose is tight-lipped and closed off, but Blake remains a cheery, friendly presence, slowly coaxing her out of her shell. Soon they're writing music like crazy, cooking together, riding the tandem bike together, walking on the beach at night. These two really needed each other; Rose needing someone to get to know the real her, to respect her, support and encourage her, and Blake needing companionship and love. I loved seeing them grow so close, bearing their secrets to one another after holding them in for so long. I was truly so upset for Rose and what she went through, only to be mocked and have her career threatened. Blake was such a wonderful support, a true gentleman and genuine nice guy, and so deserving of love. Their walk in the park with the shouting? *chef kiss* Perfect therapy. I don't want to give too much away but the ending with their individual songs? 😭 So good! I read that part multiple times. The epilogue is also written differently, but I loved it! It was the perfect wrap up.

Thank you to Naughty Nook PR and the author for allowing me to read and review!

When I read this title and description, I was concerned that the story wouldn’t appeal to me. I was anticipating that it would be cliche, full of tropes, and poor musical lyrics.

I was wrong. This story captured me and I wasn’t ready!

Two musical artists - legends, even if they don’t recognize it - have hit a slump. We follow Blake and Rose as they end their respective tours and go into hiding. Blake is in his hometown attempting to reconnect with his father and fly under the radar of the press. Rose is renting an isolated cottage on an east coast beach and hoping to avoid all other human beings.

Each of their “vacations” take a turn for the worse and they end up thrown together. Blake feels unlovable and Rose feels unwanted. Can they work through cohabitation and their respective writing slumps to form something new?

The approach to a handful of insanely tough topics and mental heath struggles pushed this to a 5/5 for me. The messages in this story are ones that many readers need to hear and believe about themselves. Well written. I am looking forward to reading the other books in this series.

I was privileged to receive an ARC of this book and have been honest in my review of it. I did not receive anything in exchange for my review.

I love this slow burn romance very much!!!! It was such a powerful story to tell. And am glad I encountered this book and this author. I really love the dynamics of Blake and Rose and how wonderful the lyrics to the songs they made at almost the end of their story. I wish it could turn into an actual song! I also love that they got to preserve the house near the beach. It was really a special place for them.

slightly interconnected to the previous book, really like that you don't need to know the other stories in order to follow along . Love the growth in both Main Characters and how their romance develops. Rockstar romance without all The crazy that is seen due to the money aspect. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

What a wonderful addition to the Love Blooms series. I thought Blake was a great character from Under the Heartbreak. He had some growing up to do, but he turned into a well-rounded person. I loved the songwriting aspect that brought Blake and Rose together. It was a beautiful story. With the perfect blend of spice and complex characters, Under the Harmony made me feel all the emotions.

ARC REVIEW

This is a sweet romance set in the same seaside town of Whistlethorpe as the last novel in the series. The lyrics of the songs the MCs wrote will remain in my heart--and serves as a dense and soul-warming portrayal of the dreary paths two lost souls took before finding each other.

The story progresses in dual timelines, with dual POVs, and the flow is natural, with the flashbacks inserted at just the required time. What starts off as scaffolding quickly builds into emotional weight that shapes our main characters and drives the present.

I loved the intersection of characters from previous novels, showing us a glimpse into their current lives. This blends seamlessly into narratives of the current romance, bolstering it and not serving as a check mark.

Musical romance to me is already emotionally intense by nature and the author has done well to capitalize on sound and harmony to drive character growth and the journey to the HEA.

If you love the peace and familiarity of seaside/coastal towns, complex characters built by hurt and a romance that explores all unresolved tention - this book is for you.

Two hearts, one quiet seaside escape, and a slow-burn connection that sings louder than any chart topping hit 🎶💖

I loved seeing Blake grow from the playboy image we knew into someone tender, thoughtful, and real, while Rose’s guarded heart slowly opens in the most satisfying way. Their friendship-first romance is so grounded and emotional you feel every stolen moment, every song they write together, every little gesture that builds into something bigger than themselves.

The book balances raw, darker themes with comfort, connection, and warmth beautifully. The beach walks, matching tattoos, thoughtful gifts, and the poetic love songs? Chef’s kiss. The series callbacks and found family moments made it feel even richer.

This is a romantic, emotional, music-filled journey about healing, inspiration, and discovering a love that truly sets your soul on fire.

I received an ARC of Under the Harmony, and this book wrecked me in the best way. The emotions are raw and unfiltered, and the characters feel painfully real as they struggle with love, loss, and finding themselves. The slow-burn connection builds with so much tension and heart that every moment feels earned. Music pulses through the story like a second heartbeat, making the highs soar and the lows hit harder. This is the kind of romance that leaves a knot in your chest long after the final page. Absolutely unforgettable. I’ve added Roxie’s other books to my tbr because I’m genuinely so enamored with her writing

5 stars! I absolutely loved this book! It was such a good read, and beautifully written. It was great seeing Blake turn into such a wonderful person. I ending up loving him so much! I adored Rose, she didn't deserve the treatment she received. I loved how they ended up becoming friends first. I loved watching their friendship grow. They were so perfect for each other! I felt alot of different emotions while reading this, there are some emotional and heavy topics but it was done really well. I couldn't put this book down and can't wait to see what's next!
Thank you so much for letting me read an ARC!

***ARC Review***

Under The Harmony by Roxie Holland is the third book in Love Blooms series. I was lucky enough to receive the second and third books as an ARC to read and review. This story is about music stars Blake and Rose (Blair). Both stars are taking a break post tour for different reasons. Blake is back home trying to get care of his sick dad. Rose is running from a horrible situation with a guy. ‼️‼️This book does talk about an abortion with some side effects, abusive partner in bed, and cancer. ‼️‼️ Blake and Rose’s love story is sweet with them overcoming obstacles. ⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 out of 5 stars. 🌶️
