This book is an excellent resource for entrepreneurs and those interested in venture capital. Undoubtedly, this is an amazing and well-structured book for newcomers in the startup world who want to raise fund from Venture Capital firms. The most important thing is, despite the vast amount of knowledge and complex terms in the VC investment field, the author had drafted skillfully all the information for public readers to go through. I read the valuation part which caused tons of founders headache with ease and totally got all the points how VC make their decisions firmly, wisely and most importantly - effectively. One big applause for the translator who made a significant job which is Mr. Tien Nguyen. Flourishing translation into Vietnamese with well-customized word choices and natural flow of ideas, the core spirit of an experienced Ireland investor remain unchanged and more lively to Vietnam readers. Highly recommend for "serious" entrepreneurs and rookies in the VC world, it will save you a lifetime of learning for sure.

This is the most specific, practical, knowledgeable and logic book about venture capital ever. The book explains very carefully the concepts from basic to in-depth aspects of the VC industry, under both startup and investor perspectives. It also gives out examples along with those concepts, which are easier for beginner and more practical for higher level readers. The highlight of the content is the way author explains all questions in both scientific and artistic way, logic but flexible, mathematic but still intuitive. It is truly a must-read for serious learners.

One of the best books in the field I've read during my reading journey.
Stuff like this cannot be found easily online, it takes a lot of time and experience in the field. The author and translator both have intensive traction in the industry, providing high credibility for the content. Cuốn sánh rất bổ ích và thiết thực. Để chuẩn bị thành lập công ty của riêng mình, nên gối đầu nằm cuốn sách này để trang bị kiến thức về cách gọi vốn và hiểu sâu hơn về sự vận hành của 1 quỹ đầu tư. Bỏ 1 nhận lại 10 hoặc hơn thế nữa.
