“It was if the scattered pieces of my faith finally came together into one clear unified picture.”

Ellie’s journey to the Church is relatable in many aspects. She demonstrates thorough humility in the book, as well as countless documented sources. I learned many things, yet it was written in a way that’s easy to comprehend complex theological concepts. I’m so thankful for her, as well as her husband Sean. They are truly a blessing to those looking to learn and understand doctrine. Easy read, highly recommend!

"It wasn't that I stumbled upon some hidden knowledge or suddenly became more intelligent. Rather, it was as if the scattered pieces of my faith finally came together into one clear, unified picture. I was simply able to see my faith in full, no longer in fragments. It was now embodied, sacramental, whole."

Although our circumstances are different, Ellie's story deeply resonated with me and it was very relatable in many ways.

This quote she shared stood out to me and it sums up perfectly how my conversion journey started:

"As soon as you stop being against the Catholic Church, you find yourself being oddly in favour of it."
