It feels so wonderful to be back with these characters!! 🥹🥹🥹

Honestly, I forgot how much I cannot stand Sovieshu, though! Like UGH!! The man had the audacity to say, "I’ve always loved you, and what can we do to return to how things used to be"?! I don’t know, maybe not take a mistress and then berate Navier over every single thing? Oh, and let’s not forget you accusing her of things that were NOT true, but you were adamant they were? The man truly makes my blood boil!!

On the flip side, I am very surprised at how I feel concerning Rashta’s story, and my view is completely different compared to the first time I read it on WebToons. Before, she made me just as upset as Sovieshu, but now, her actions hurt my heart. Does she do some genuinely bad things that are HER choice? Absolutely! However, I see her desperation to be loved and have “good standing” with those around her. How she is going about it is not right, but it still makes my heart hurt for her nonetheless.

Something else I forgot is how wonderful Navier and Heinrey are together! Ah, I love them so much! They are such a wonderful couple and absolutely thrived seeing him love her unconditionally! The deep remorse and sadness he had after what took place due to the Duke hurt my heart! He loves her so much, and I hope that Navier will quickly see that there is no expiration date on Heinrey’s love for her. He does and always will love her with all his heart. 🥹

I’m genuinely so happy to have a new volume of this story! I love it so much and deeply enjoyed reading this volume! 🥹

Much as I dislike her, there is a tragic element to Rashta. She largely brings her problems on herself, but her actions are motivated by her never having felt like a whole person.

I think it’s interesting the lengths Krista will go to keep her standing. She ruined her name with every decision she made only for it to blow up in her face.
Now that Sovieshu openly admitted that he loves Navier he is starting to resent Rashta. I honestly saw this coming because I knew he was gonna realize what he lost after he lost it. It’s crazy how Rashta thinks she’s figured out how men work only for that to blow up in her face too 🤣
The relationship between Navier and Heinrey is just so wholesome 🥹 I’m rooting for them hard! I cannot wait to read the next volume it’s getting so good!

Okay here’s my overall opinion of this series. Spoilers ahead… Anyways I don’t know why people were mad at Navier for being mad at Rashta!!! This young girl comes into HER HOME. Navier has been preparing to become an empress her whole life. Rashta comes is essentially stealing her husband, however not her fault that’s the emperors fault I forgot his name lol. But Rashta instead of using common sense is trying to be friends with Navier, and then gets mad when she doesn’t want to be friends. Like babe that’s humiliating. I know many other readers were saying that Navier was being classist. One that’s the time period so perhaps I won’t argue. Two, it’s so embarrassing though to be friends with Rashta in this situation because she’s the EMPRESS. Like hello I don’t understand what’s not clicking. Anyways moving on…. I actually really liked Heinery or wtv his name is. I liked how he brought out Navier’s personality I thought it was very cute. I don’t think he was necessarily a “stalker” I think he just had a goal to get Navier. Ok focusing on the Emperor. He’s so fucking stupid LOL. Like him defending Rashta when she was acting out, she was just being a bitch overall and Navier pointed that out but the Emperor ignored it was so infuriating. Anyways moral of the story: Heiniery is a determined mf, Navier was smart enough to get away, Rashta didn’t know how to play the game, and the Emperor is a dumbass. Oh however it is a 4/5 stars for me because I felt like Navier wasn’t even the main character I feel like the manhwa really focused on outside plot outside of Navier which I hoped it would come back to her which it did in some moments but not consistently throughout the series. Thank you for my Ted talk.

SEÑOR, este manhwa fue uno de los primeros que me lei y cuando paso oficialmente al Webtoon, vi que realmente la historia tenia muchos fans mas ahora que tendra se version k-drama (y por lo menos lo ambientaran al estilo europeo que ya de por si eso es un logro 😅) Bueno de hecho que estaba terminado hace casi un año pero queria darle chance haber si sacaban los extras ya que, si termino la historia principal y hay muchas mas cosas como que paso con Glorym que para que los que se saltaron datos de la novela ella termina siendo caballero de uno de los hijos de Navier ademas de que se pinta el cabello para evitar ser relacionada con Rashta, ademas de la relacion de los mellizos No se si sacaran extras pero valdria la pena (bueno, aun hay fe ya que con princesa encantadora los saco luego de 3 años XD)

En fin, la unica razon por la que no le pongo 5 estrellas es porque me gustaria que cierren con extras. Navier sin duda eres una de mis protagonistas favoritas 💖

7/26 While I continue to want to root for the MCs, the art quality has deteriorated, the mistress has officially been pregnant FOREVER (no way all of this has happened in under 9 months, it's ridiculous), and things have gotten so complicated with so many people and with the long span between volumes I cannot keep everything straight. Still mildly curious but not enough to continue the series.

In this volume, we get to see Heinrey and Navier's relationship deepen as Navier finally starts opening up to her new husband. There might even be some moments to garner sympathy for Rashta after everything terrible she's done all series. There are still many political machinations going on, this time in two different courts, so it's quite a lot to keep track of with these large breaks between installments in the series. This is still beautifully illustrated and colored, and wonderfully entertaining for those readers who enjoy political intrigue as a main plot device.
